do not set your fps to unlimited, set it to your screen's refresh rate otherwise setting it higher than it will be useless and may cause screen tearing.
1 Reduce your res to 1920x1080 (or even 1280x720 if you still can't reach 60fps) 2 Cap your framerate to 60fps to avoid screen tearing. 3 Turn off motion blur and bloom. 4 Enjoy.
The motion blur makes this game feel more like Payday and that's probably what helps it lose that P2W aspect somewhat
