@urnansytchannel7935 yeah i was a big player of the game in 2019 pixel gun has wronged me many times like before i had the whole cyber santa set and they cleared that wouldnt give my stuff back all legit to bought then i was free to play and get the tactical scorcher then they nerfed it to death next update and i had it and quit all the way until now.

The motion blur makes this game feel more like Payday and that's probably what helps it lose that P2W aspect somewhat

1 Reduce your res to 1920x1080 (or even 1280x720 if you still can't reach 60fps) 2 Cap your framerate to 60fps to avoid screen tearing. 3 Turn off motion blur and bloom. 4 Enjoy.

do not set your fps to unlimited, set it to your screen's refresh rate otherwise setting it higher than it will be useless and may cause screen tearing.
