Shane was born with a neuromuscular disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy that requires him to use an electric wheelchair. He is the author of several award-winning books, the President of a nonprofit organization called Laughing At My Nightmare, and a renowned public speaker who has performed across the country at places such as Harvard University, The University of Florida, The University of Connecticut, Princeton University, and many more.
Hannah is a senior at Carleton College, studying sociology and anthropology. She works as a researcher for an educational consulting firm. Her future aspirations include attending law school and owning a goat sanctuary. She films and edits the “Squirmy and Grubs” vlog.
Shane and Hannah have been dating for over 2.5 years and living together in Minneapolis in recent months. Their interabled relationship often confuses people, because much of society still cannot fathom people with disabilities being involved in loving, intimate relationships. Anyone who watches these episodes will quickly see their relationship is just as “normal” as any other. Sure, Hannah helps Shane use the bathroom and brush his teeth, but those activities do not detract from the emotional, intellectual, and physical connection they experience together. - Krátké a kreslené filmy

It’s why I come.... she’s beautiful and he's hilarious.
So, I know my circumstances are very different to yours. However I am in a relationship with someone who was in a car accident two years ago. He is paraplegic and has no feeling of movement from the waist down. We have been together for a year and he has made me so much of a better person. He is full independent so does not need me for personal care, however you realise very soon that other people do not look at your relationship the same as you.
I love him will all of my heart, inside and out. He is the best person that I have ever met and I have no doubt about spending the rest of my life with him. However, even my friends and family have doubts about our relationship. They don’t see it working out or that the love we have can withstand the test of time.
Seeing people like you, so in love with each other honestly makes me see that no matter what, love will win. We are the most soppy, lovey and affectionate couple that I know, and I have faith in myself and him, thanks to you, that no matter what, our love is real.
I really wish other people could have the understanding that love isn’t just a physical thing. It’s everything someone is and has been, and it’s the one thing I know I’ll always have with him.

If they could get pregnant why wouldnt they do it naturally? Ive never heard of a couple who love each other choose to get pregnant by artificial means if they can get pregnant naturally.

I met the love of my life on the internet last summer, he lives in the US and I live in Europe. We had been texting for 3 weeks or so when I told him I love him. Later he said he knew only 2 weeks in that I was the right one for him.
5 months later (a month ago) I went to visit him in the US and it was amazing. I guess I will be moving to the US in the near future 😀

I love this type of series as well as the other because it really gets to the emotional part of love between a man and a physical disability, of course not a mental disability, and a woman without and the other is about the day to day.
