In China they would use one (or countless) CNC copier (s)!
They would only merge the blocks with the next measures (for machining in CNCs) and have better use of the metal and, consequently, more speed, economy, perfection (and profits, due to cheap labor).

Absolutely blown away by the sheer quality of the craftsmanship. From the in-depth technique of intricate sand moulding, to the hearth & furnace & foundry work, cleaning of castings, turning on the lathe, assembling & finishing all the independent parts together & the mirror finish polishing was absolutely astounding. My heartiest compliments to all your artisans, craftsmen, workers & staff for putting their heart & soul into making such an excellent finished product. I grew up in India & do recall seeing these being used in my childhood. The heat & quality of such traditional brass irons can put most modern & very sophisticated irons to shame. I recall there is a part which I could not see being installed before packing them off to the delivery/despatch & that is a grate which holds the hot coals inside the iron, preventing them from touching the bottom or the sole plate as the direct contact of coals with the sole plate would cause incorrect heat distribution. Possibly this brass iron does not need such a grate. You are the experts. Great video & most enjoyable. Keep up the great work, it is most admired & appreciated. Thank You.

Úžasné zpracování, krásná práce a dovednosti.

Excellent work. The demand for coal iron boxes are gradually decreasing because of 2 reasons.1. Shortage of coal and it requires 10 to 15 min to get heat. 2.Iron men are interested to take power/Gas supported iron boxes coz this is like plug and use.
Hope this business runs few more decades.
