    Elternzeit is simple here there is no payments associated with it. So , basically the interest will be less. We can only keep the job. Elterngeld is the important thing to be addressed.

      Thank you, you are right but we want to bring videos in a structured way to differentiate both the terms. If we put both together as usual people get confused sometimes. Anyway the video on Elterngeld will also be coming soon

    Do you know the latest update about "2 wochen vaterschaftsurlaub"? Will it be in force from 01.2024?

    Is there any minimum number of days for Elternzeit after Mutterschutz? I can see the maximum is 3years.

    Do we get Eltergeld for all the three years?

      Elterngeld is given only for the first 12 months, only elternzeit can be taken for 3 years duration in the first 8 years of time

    How to avail only allowance and no parental leave, please talk about it in detail as well, rather than only talking about parental leave 😊
