THanks for the info.. Im starting also my Food Selling business.. I got the rote karte.. and I already had a gewerberschine from other business i just have to change it.. my question is what wording should I use.? as for kitchen i can subrent a kitchen in their off hours so thats not an issue.. would i need any other type of permits? I want to sell it on APPs like wolt/ lieferando etc.. Where could i get more information?
If I understood your question correctly, you want to include the food business in your current Gewerbeanmeldung ? Or just know the German name for adding the new business activity in your existing gewerbemeldung? (It’s called Gewerbe ummeldung)
Regarding the exact term what needs to be entered in the place of business activity I would recommend to ask the Gewerbeamt, they can give you the right answer, because this is very very important

As far I am aware, one is not required to be a professional cook for selling foods.

It’s just a small 30 minutes session, where they explain about the hygiene. They don’t keep exam . You can request for English one as well, hope they big cities provide that option

Can you please tell me if the same regulations apply to a business that wants to sell packaged food? Like packaged food like candies bought from the supermarket and resell it? Do I still need a professional kitchen? Because I won't be actually cooking anything.
due to the European regulation (EC) 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (see annex II) standard domestic kitchens rarely meet the requirements for rooms in which food is handled commercially. The regulation is valid all over Europe.

Their are shops online to sell packages for valentine's day, Christmas or for presents in general with packaged food.
Like a box filled with Milka chocolate bars or with doritos in different flavours. They never leave their original package and no food is opened.
So, the same rules you mention still apply? Is there someone specifically who I could ask about this?

Please although note, it you get a strike from the gesundheitsamt, it`s possible that the insurance will no longer pay for anything related to your food until the Gesundheitsamt has approved that you fixed the reason for the strike. This can ruin your business, so it`s mandatory to not mess with the Gesundheitsamt, keep it clean and professional.
And if you want to open an bar were you serve drinks o.e. it`s the same.

It should be other way, one registers at gewerbeamt and they inform the gesudnheitsamt automatically

For this case, there must be some exception , there may not be a need in registering at Gewerbeamt (I am little unsure, please reverify it). We sold foods at Burgerfest and there was no necessity in registering at Gewerbeamt

No, we have laws to keep out fly by night operators like you out of our clean system.

it is not possible to bring your parents permanently to germany, lot of factor behind it.
1. no sibliings
2. you are the only person supporting them and they do not have any source.
3. no property on they name.
4. should be healthy
even if you pass above those points still no answers, as per German visa rules - Exceptional case can be, but no check list nor details/information you get from any of the German
§ 36 Nachzug der Eltern und sonstiger Familienangehöriger --> this is the main rule for the visa preparation, but nothing works.
as far i understand the SV/RV matters, i tried this and got rejected twice, even you cannot get visiting visa ( which may get rejected if you already raised the permanent visa application)
i filed case against them and 3 years nothing happened, just got only one letter says no sufficient Judge to handle this case and done... but onething for every application you need 3 years gap so that it will considered as fresh application (only for visiting visa)
now a days you get 5 years visiting visa but only 3 times a year can be visited.
so try your best, i am not sure limited set of ppl can bring, but its all behind the indian German embassy. All the best.

You need to do some English classes to make videos that are correct in grammar.

How does it matter? She shares well researched information that helps so many. As long as her intended audience benefit from her content, how does Grammar matter?
1) Her English is great.. 2) Before you correct the grammar of others, maybe work on your own first.. you wouldn’t say “correct in grammar” in English. In this case, you would just say “videos with correct grammar” .. and you would also say “take” English classes, not “do”. Also, I can guess you’re German by your use of “correct”, a native English speaker would say something more like: “You need to take some English classes to make videos with *proper* grammar” or “You need to take some English classes *if you want* to make videos with proper grammar.”
