@@agamer4267 Number of heroes is determined by your Tier(maxed league achieved) Before the update I could choose 3 heroes because I was L1. Now after the update, my max league is 9 which gives me, 2 heroes to choose from. You will be able to choose two after achieving league L15 and 3 after league 5.

I think you are getting wish shop for first time.so you will get only one. After that you will get two
