Calliope Tsoupaki: Thin Air - Daniel Rowland at the Stiftfestival 2020

Violinist Daniel Rowland plays Calliope Tsoupaki’s "Thin Air", written as a symbol of connection and compassion during 2020 lockdown.
The piece has been performed at festivals throughout the world, and can be performed on any instrument. This performance was part of the opening concert of the Stiftfestival 2020 ‘Limited edition’, preceded by Strauss Metamorphosen, and followed by Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony: a journey from remembrance to joy and light.
