For boiling rice:-

Omg. I tried this today for 400 g rice and altered the vegetables and other ingredients according . The end result was mind blowing. I have never seen biriyani coming this much perfect and that too ont even a singe rice got burnt or sticked to the bottom. Thanks much for your recipe
Bought a kitchen weighing scale. Weighed everything as Bhai explains. Just followed all the instructions including the time. Made briyani with 1KG seeraga sambha rice.

Dear anna i tried this veg biriyani today it came out really well, usually when I prepare with jeeraka samba rice either the rice will get over cooked or sometimes if I less the water it gets dried up, today exactly as per your quidance i added the water and timing also kept,the rice was perfectly cooked as masala aroma and taste was awesome, thank you so much for your video it helped me in my cooking, keep rocking anna all the best 👍💯

Thanks. I prepared this following your instructions. It came out awesome. I used mushrooms instead of all veggies. The mushroom was bland though. Next time, planning to marinate the mushroom with curd and chilli powder and leave it for 1/2 hr. Will this work? Want to prepare this for office potluck.
