- How Each Beverly Hillbillies Cast Member Died.
The Beverly Hillbillies, a poignant comedy interwoven with moral tales, continues to resonate with sentimental viewers. Originating in 1962, the series propelled its cast to success, earning seven Emmy nominations throughout its duration. Regrettably, the passage of over half a decade has taken its toll, and the chance to encounter those familiar faces has faded away as they departed one by one, succumbing to illness and the inevitability of aging. This video will unveil the tragic demises of the actors from The Beverly Hillbillies. - Zábava
The Narration Is A Heaping, Steaming Pile Of . . . YOU KNOW WHAT!! The Beverly Hillbillies Was A Great Sitcom & Deserves Better!
I HATE COMPUTER VOICES WHO ALWAYS MISPRONOUNCE WORDS!!!!
OMG I can't watch/Listen to the computer generated voice. BRING BACK HUMANS PLEASE!!!!
Yeah, got to Donna Douglas segment and wound up finally giving it a Dislike because of all of the terrible mispronunciations. ='(
Hey, there are so many worse ones out there! But, we all agree!
I dislike A I machines
During the late 1970's I was laid up for a month with a severe back injury. Fortunately, my convalescence was eased by daily reruns of The Beverly Hillbillies.
I adore and treasure all of them to this day, one of the great "fish out of water" comedies ever. But I will always love the comedy, family love, and common sense of Irene Ryan. She was a sheer genius actress. Her Granny came alive like few characters on TV ever have. I ❤ Daisy Moses.
what talented actors....RIP to those that are gone on!!!
That show, Beverly hillbillies was my favorite!!!
Breaks my heart to hear all of their stories. I loved watching the shows God Bless them all !!!!!
This documentary was great & glad that I came across it. It came on TV prior to my birth but when I was in high school and later on I watched reruns. Loved this show. Thanks for posting.😊😊😊❤❤❤
I was very, very young and in love with Ellie May
Thank you for producing this video. I've watched it from the beginning but I still come across an episode I can't remember. We need more family friendly shows like this.
Amen. Original plain oh goodness.
Not watching anything with computer generated narration. Can't pronounce a single word correct
It was a great show
I loved this show I watched it all the time as a kid. I still watch it on MeTv.❤❤❤❤❤
Please get a real person to narrate. I can’t understand what this bot is saying.
8:01 There is a girl they keep showing as Donna. No she is not. Just pointing that out. That is another actress.
I know they confused 😂
Thank you thank you thank you so much for showing the incredible Talent of all of these people and I didn't know that some of them died so young and absolutely brilliant performances by all of them and I remember as a young kid watching The Beverly Hillbillies Petticoat Junction and other films and comedy series that were and just amazing these people were chosen by a Heavenly force that brought so much joy and entertainment to so many absolutely brilliant thank you so much for showing all of this so sad to know that all of the members are now bygone memories but I still remember them all thank you so much
Happy I found this documentary .. Had much enjoyment and many laughs watching The Beverly Hillbillies and the magnificent cast ❤
The narration here is freak'n awful.
That was a great show on T.V. she was best show T.V. And I love that show them all of them ❤❤
The computer voices used in many videos is just like fingernails on a chalk board. So annoying with their strange pronunciations!
Thank you for the good memories and may god bless them all that are still alive and the others will be missed very much
The day she passed away you can tell she never really changed all that much in her looks from Ellie mae
Loved this show use to watch it in the mornings when I was a child!!! ❤
I can still remember when she was trying to set Jethro up with the bankers secretary
Ditch the computer narration and use real people !
I've been watching little house and last Week the first time I saw this episode great
This is nothing but AI and they cannot pronounce properly. Some of the information is not quite correct and sometimes they use another person's face for the actor. Case in point Ann Margret for Donna Douglas in certain pictures.
Without Granny Jethro's character wouldn't have worked, Granny was the show.
@Calerd-gulib: I certainly agree!!!!
I loved watching Beverly hillbillies
Wierd Pronunciation by Robot Narator !
Of all the episodes of the characters I enjoyed every minute of it
What about Mrs. Drysdale and Jethro,?
Max Baer (Jethro) is still alive
Still like to know what going on with them
At least you did not say Max died. I called him to ask if he has seen this. He is alive and well but will pull up the link
All cast members are now deceased. The Bevelry Hillbillies. Just be comical.
Max Baer, Jr. (Jetton Bodine) is still alive.
Sorry, Jethro Bodine.
God Bless them all! Still hilarious after all these years!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
It wasn’t mentioned that she was an early TV show the Bob Cummings as his secretary
One of my favorites 😍 ❤️
I watched this video up to the final coverage of a star in a variety of roles which I had the honor of meeting one Saturday morning in September 1980 in a restaurant on Carlyle Lake, in a small town in Southern Illinois. I was there to get my 14' Hobie Cat rigged and ready to spend the warm sunny day on the lake watching the Annual "Whale of a Sail" Fall sailing competition and the "Marina" restaurant was almost packed with the competitors and their crews, so I grabbed the last single stool at the dining counter to order breakfast.
As I waited for my favorite waitress to bring my 1st up of morning coffee over, I noticed the man sitting next to me reading the morning paper. The way he was holding the large newspaper covered his profile, but he was dressed in some well-worn blue jean cutoffs, frayed at the leg openings, and wearing a sleeveless T-shirt. The waitress brought me coffee and she asked the man if he would like a refill on his coffee. I immediately did a "double take", as the man lowered his paper and smiled at her and I recognized that slow deep talking voice of one of my favorite stars of the Beverly Hillbillies as that of Jed Clampett!! He came to IL early to visit with friends in Belleville, which was about an hour west of Carlyle Lake and had already registered for the sailing competition. As we talked, he told me that he was born in Belleville and had spent 10 years growing up there until his family moved down to Florida. He decided to enter his sailing catamaran, which he had built by hand, in the competition and his "crew" had transported this huge "Cat" to the lake and just made it in time to find the sailing marina and unload and assemble it for the morning time trials! We talked for almost an hour, and he invited me to follow him up to the sailing club/marina and see what he had built. It was an amazing watercraft! Had he not under played his building of the craft, I would have sworn that he had bought it or had it custom made for him!
Point being, and the reason I only watched this video up to the end of the story about Buddy Epsen is this, the video was "narrated" by an AI generated "voice"!! And I felt rather insulted by whomever produced the video using an AI "substitute" for a real human voice!! I know, that is the upcoming thing to do, and I am just another cranky old "seasoned senior citizen" but, it simply irritated me that such an icon in the entertainment field would only rank a "fake" narration of his life and times and all that he had contributed to those who had followed his roles in acting. I stopped watching the video because I expected all of the other stars from the "Hillbillies" and those from "Barnaby Jones" and any other mention of their other roles to be narrated by a "simple" machine which can only converse in zeros and ones for a "language"!
We are losing the ways and means more and more to have a meaningful conversation face to face, person to person, in this world of electronic communications without including those who probably knew more about the "real world" than any "supercomputer" knows or will ever be able to UNDERSTAND!!
Narration is atrocious.
I didn't know about Donna Douglas.
How sad God Bless them All 😢❤❤❤❤❤😢 R. I. P. 😢❤
Good Afternoon R.I.P 😢 Too All
I enjoyed the series until the last few seasons. They story lines were getting weak.
She played the perfect grandmother ! in Beverly Hillbillies !
I miss the show
I miss Beverly hillbillies
Where was Max Baer Jr? I saw no mention of him in the video. WHY? He was a great actor. Also this computer voice mispronouncing words really detracted from this video.
Man, the frickin` times, I have not done the calculations however, one could have a 100 dollars back then and be damn near or a little over a millionaire.
As a preteen my first TV crush was Donna Douglas and 15 years later I found a little humour in the fact I married a girl who looked very similar to her.
Maybe not the most beautiful, but pretty in her own right, Jane Hathaway was always upbeat and bubbly and down-to-earth. I thought she was a fantastic actress and aced that part!
@thomasboulay3309: Nancy Kulp made the show complete and the show couldn't have been successful without her. I miss her. She was a great actress on the Beverly Hillbillies and many other movies she was on.
@thomasboulay3309: I more than certainly agree!! She really made the show!
Who did Donna Dougles flip @6:43 and what movie or show?
Raymond Bailey: A living death, a horrible way to go + a heart attack to end pain and suffering.
What about Jethro Bodine, You didn't tell about Him??
did I miss Max Baer??
Donna Douglas, may she R.I.P., wasn't just a darling pretty face (even in her old age), but indeed a talent to be reckoned with and a trailblazer for future actresses. One wonders, though, in this particular video, just what the f... does Miss ERIKA ELENIAK have to do with telling Donna Douglass' story, huh??? As she can be seen (at least twice), during the Donna Douglas bit of this clip. Just how "Hillbilly", ignorant or even stupid y'all think we are??? Whatever y'all are smoking, hot damn, y'all better lay off it!!!
I don’t think Max Baer was deceased at the time of this. I’m not sure that he is yet.
He’s very much alive.
Baer says playing Jethro ruined any chance he had for a serious acting career.
More photo shopped phony pictures
Donna Douglas didn’t play Ellie Mae in the movie “The Beverly Hillbillies “
Love granny
Hey, what happened to Jethro Bodine (Max Baer)? I waited and waited and waited, but you never mentioned anything about such an important character part in the Beverly Hillbillies. I loved it all except that.
He’s still alive. Look him up on Google!!!
Jethro is STILL Living!!!!
@@richardochoa6907 Oh that's good news! Thanks
🙏
Computer enhanced electronic voices will probably never be capable of absolute human imitation. Close perhaps, but no absolute Cigar. A Human voice possesses to many very flexible and veritable unique instrumental characteristics, with its own Vocal timbre tonal quality and so-called tone color scarcely imitated but never duplicated.Too complicated for a computer to manipulate into the natural sound as we humans know it to be. You and I have are own voice print, like a finger print, with the fact that we are too used to hearing and speaking or even singing with a human voice (vocal cords) to be fooled by a micro possessor quickly discharging its electrons attempting to create frequencies of the most impeccable flexible kind that mimic a human voice. It will never be Absolutely perfect.
I really liked it but they forgot Mrs Drysdale.
Is Jethro still with us then?
WHAT ABOUT JETHRO???
Greatest comedy show ever no
Doubt about end of story
This narration! Fuckin killing me
When happened to Max Bear
why did you add the one from the reboot movie it made it stupit to watch
Why wasn't Max Baer mentioned he was the funniest not to mention sexiest man on that show ( what a stud )
The video is named "How Each Beverly Hillbillies Cast Member Died". He's still alive.
@@bjbell52 👍
Lucille Ball was Beautiful!
The funniest episode of the Beverly Hillbillys , in my opinion, was where Jethro wanted to be a double not spy. He had a hat with steel inside it and would always knock himself out when he put it on.
Double naught spy!
@@carywest9256Ok. Looks like you won the spelling bee.
Jed Clampet was not eccentric. He was the most thoughtful and down to earth of them all.
I heard that the tombstone of Elly May is marked that way. Elly May not Donna Douglas.
Half a decade?
AUDIO SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
Computer-generated voice is I agree
Learn how to pronounce words!
Don't you have better things to do? When you die, will you please tell us how?
What happen to Jethro
What is aging
Maybe not have a computer do the narration, people are more accurate and do not cost much more then your lousy program.
What about Jethro?
computer voiced narration are not fun, redo this with a human voice.
The computer generated voice, with its mispronunciation made this unwatchable
Get a better A.I. voice! This one doesn't pronounce things correctly. Or you could try using the pronunciation editor. Kate Bradley is played by Bea=Bee not banana or whatever the heck it was saying.
On the other hand, I'm sad that all those really good actors died so tragically. Even if you're an actor take care of your health!
Yea What Happened to Maxwell Baxer? You know Jethro or his Cousin pearl s Daughter. Did you just get t-i-r e d
Buddy Ebson hated Nancy Kulp the lesbian actress because of her far left political views. He destroyed her political ambitions. I never did like her. Always thought she was really strange
That computer voice is terrible!!! The story of the Clam Pets is absolutely horrible 😭
Who wrote the copy for this droning bore of a video? Obviously a computer generated talkback. This is hardly a reasonable tribute, what with all the mispronunciations and boring padding.
I grew up with them. I preferred the earlier seasons over the later years. For me it was when they finally figured out the doorbell, when some of the charm wasn't there anymore.
What killed me is Granny was always trying to hook up Elly May, but every time Jethro got even a sniff, out comes the cock-block.🙄😥
☘ Irish Honey Badger - Golden Years 😇
The Clam-Pets..........
Rip
Need human audio!
🙏🏾🤔Prayers,They we’re GOOD!
a real human speakin would have made this better.
That is a really bad voice-over!!
You gotta learn how to pronounce all those words and names correctly, dude! Have someone older edit your work before you give it up as correct. 🤥🤥
The computer voice is AWFUL!
What about Max Baer???🤨 What a rip off!!
NOTICE HOW THE BIG ( BOXER / BULL ) DOG. WAGS. HIS TAIL [ CAUSE. HE. LIKES. THE. FRENCH BULL. ????????😅😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
