- Finland's Eurovision 2021 group Blind Channel spoke with us after their first rehearsal of Eurovision 2021. Joel Hokka, Niko Moilanen, and Alex Matson show us their tattoos, discuss their staging for "Dark Side", their red middle fingers and more. One of them LOVES Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On."

@@mumumeme8496 They explained that most rockers are soft on the inside. In my opinion it’s often to the point that their external appearance has to be tougher than their internal state because nobody likes to be perceived as too vulnerable by others
We need more act's like this in Eurovision.
You need to vote acts like this voting is demanding more rock.
They ranked no. 6 and måneskin won Eurovision. For sure more rock is in the horizon!

Did you know that both Blind Channel and Saara Aalto are all from Oulu? People in Oulu use to talk a lot and are not afraid to use their local own dialect.

Too bad they can't meet other bands and singers there.
Love metal of many kinds, mostly extreme, but for some reason not a fan of this song. It's catchy tho. I think since their first rehearsal here they seem to be in better spirits. Some of their interviews they come off aloof or bored but probably they are tired as well. Then again, William is a master.
Finns are quite introverts first it is in their dna. But after they get to know you they open up and they have been interviewed by William allready before. They feel comfortable allready with him.
They have said that they work 16-18 hours a day so there's kinda the reason why they might be a little tired in their intereiews

@@meghanm7169 They have made their album in quarantine. And their travel to Rotterdam took ages. They had to wait three hours in Helsinki just for get covid-testi done etc. So their travelling from Oulu to Rotterdam took about 24 hours.

I don t understand the painting of the finger , what does it represents ?
they are not allowed to show the middle finger in their number as they used to do so they painted the middle finger red and instead show the whole hand (if it was the red finger you meant😂)

@@chiasanzes9770 Dark side may mean Finnish polar night too 🤔? And of course I have heard lots of stories of Finnish melancholy. And about our dark sense of humour too 🤣. Finns tend to be pretty self ironic people IMO.
