It’s a very beautiful dress! But I also can’t help but feel unjustified in buying this considering the silhouette is pretty similar to previous patterns you have also released. This is totally not a diss, just some feedback I’d like to give and I wish you wouldn’t take badly!! Still a lovely design nonetheless but I do miss your more adventurous ones 🥰

I agree, I love everything she creates and shares with us! But a lot of her designs and fits are very similar, or the structure is almost identical with minimal differences. I would love some more unique styles/fits, like something flowy or loose.
Yeah this dress is too similar to other patterns she’s done. I love how thorough she is in her videos BUT I feel like I’m watching her make the same dress over and over again.
Would love to see more range/what else she’s got.
I feel this as well, but from what i understand she did polls on insta and yt and this was what the subscribers voted for. She's just giving the people what they want, doing the trendy dresses people will want to make and wear.

Hiii, I’m doing this dress, but adjusting the skirt to have a little more volume by making it a circle skirt, but I’d like to add pockets and I’m not sure how to do it since it’s a sheer fabric on top of the lining, if you could make a tutorial on how to add pockets to dresses I’d love that

Im going to make it the dress bluish very dark like ocean blue, first the lining going to be at the color of my skin and then on that I'm going to sew the most sparkly tool like gutter around for style A and then on the top of the dress I'm going to sew rhinestones in different shapes what do you think kiana?

Hii your passion and videos made me wanna start sewing I'm a beginner but one thing I would love to do when I'm more skilled is a leather jacket but I can't find good pattern do you think you would do something like that in the future ? Do you have an example of how to finish off a neck facing so that it looks good please?
dont you like to use special foot for hemming, or gathering foot ,or all other purpose feet? it makes it so easy and saves time. Also if the sewing machine has a function to create a rolled seam/hem, it may look much better on a flounce edge than a seam that's made with serger, especially on thin fabrics, because it is narrow.

One question.. how would it fit on heavier chested girlies 😂 withthout making it like a size 16 cuz I’m a 6/8 (uk) ?
You'll need to customize the pattern to fit your measurement. Start with different sizes for the bodice pieces (refer to your bust circumference) and the skirt pieces (refer to your bust circumference). Patterns are usually sold as a size set, so you don't need to buy the pattern twice for a different size
From there, you need to adjust the bodice pieces to fit your waistline (you'll have to use a bit of math to retain the original design balance. The modified pieces should have a more dramatically curved shape compared to the ones you started with.
Make a mock-up of the modified bodice in a shitty fabric to test the fit, before cutting into your final fabric.
I just bought the pattern for this dress and looking to make style B. But I'm struggling to find embroidered fabric that's at least 60 inches wide. Is that a must?

Here is what I don't get. If you trim the edges after sewing of a chiffon fabric, won't it fray like crazy?
It does. That's why she serged the edges and used bias tape. The French seam also enclosed the raw edges, too.

the outer fabric is the polyester satin face liquid organza from fabric wholesale direct and the lining is the crepe back satin fabric from fabric wholesale direct
