@ellochaos It is so easy to forget that the pain is neuropathic. The perception that it's in the body itself is so powerful. I look on my exercise regime as retraining my brain. It's harsh and it's often pretty brutal but slowly I'm able to do a little bit more before the knife comes out and starts sliding into my upper spine and shoulder. And even then...does it stop me walking? No? Then I'll chuck the pain into the padded cell in the back of my mind and continue. I wish the padded cell was sound-proofed but hey. We can't have everything. As a form of therapy...it asks so much endurance as well as faith in the science. But it's so much better than retreating into a medicated bubble of increasing fear, which is what I had been doing. And if this kind of therapy is better than that, then that shows what a huge pile of unmitigated shite living in that fear is. Good on you for living in your power. I'm sharing your miles, Sweetie, both the good and the rough of it all.
Aww your cats are beautiful, I can see you love them very much 😊 Your like me a healthy eater, well done for prepping your meals ❤ Do you take anti histamines for that creepy crawly feeling....I do. X Hate restless legs grrrrrrr. You must be exhausted 😢❤
Aren’t they just 😊 They’ve literally saved my life ❤️ I love healthy foods/meals but I haven’t been all that good with it lately. I’ll have the healthy then binge on junk later in the week! I’m working on that now though. Yes I take one’s prescribed by my Dr. One in the morning and a different type in the evening. Not sure they do much but if I don’t take it one day/night I make myself paranoid which makes it all the worse 😩 I think it’s a sensory thing as well as the fact I am sensitive to so many things I can’t keep tabs on it all the time. Restless leg syndrome is a B!TCH!!!! 😢 Hope you’re ok ❤️
MEH! That's all I have for you right now 😂 I've filmed a round-up of it a few weeks ago now, I just need to edit it and I don't like looking at myself if I can help it.. At the moment!xx

Need to get some of your recipes as I'm trying to lose weight. Even though I eat healthy my weight keeps increasing 😢❤
I found the same until I started to walk regularly. Yes, with fibro I have to lean into the pain, but it does make a huge difference.
I always say this 'Lean into the Pain!.' Otherwise fear will always win.

Maybe its tms side effects flared it up
I can see why you’d think that, but this footage is from a week before I started my rTMS treatment 😃
@@ellochaos yes I thought that at the end of the video is the rtms helping at all now
@@Truerealism747 I’m really not sure. I have improved in some respects but for the most part all it caused me was burnout. I don’t know how I did it!
