Thanks for watching!
Out of all the CZcams dentists this is by far the most informative than any of the others . Great questions and total transparency. Thank you
You know whats really "important to me" not having to pay 20/30k per arch. UNBELIEVABLE.. Even with a payment plan that is INSANE! Thank you for all the good info though. Learning a lot about what to go for when I have to. Thanks for the video.
Pricing is insane here in America…my friend who is a nurse and originally from Columbia tells me you can get full implants (top & bottom in Columbia for $12-$15k top quality, unremovable implants…..)
I couldn't agree more😐
Another great interview! I really appreciate Dr. Cueto's explanation of the bone preservation in regards to the implants. Thank you both!
Great video...really appreciate Dr Cueto's going into detail the price differences....this is great news also that they can work with you as far as financial help. This would be a big plus for me to get an estimate and be able to get financial help in the same office. Thanks for another great interview Kristi....you are truly doing a wonderful job by asking all the questions that are so important to everyone. When you and l were in the process of trying to learn all of this information, we didn't have these great interviews with the Drs to look at, listen to....thank you for all that you are doing to help everyone understand the process and the options that are available. I think you would agree with me that it was so overwhelming just trying to have a one on one conversation with our Dentist. I am so proud of You for helping everyone understand what they need to know. You are the Best!
Thank you for sharing this! So informative and answered so many questions that has put my mind at ease🌸
Great detailed information, I see a job in journalism for you, thank you for researching and setting up such qualified professionals to educate us on different options.
I'm so elated to get a full set of dental implants very soon. This will drastically improve my quality of life in so many ways! 💃🏻
Hello Autumn will u get Snap-ins? Or what kind of implants? I am sad coz I cannot afford that at all... So I will probably have to wear removable dentures and I am afraid and sad coz I am young too but with very bad teeth, I even lost two a few years ago... Annyone who wears removable dentures can tell me if that is so horrible or a bad experience as I imagine it to be? :(
@@estrellapaz5903 I agree.im curious also.can u live a normal life with not so many problems with transitional dentures. Just as much as they claim u can with implants.i say this because.most average ppl just can't afford them.they really need to come down on that dam price. If they gonna keep pushing ppl towards them.its not fair. And from what I been hearing lately that was hiding for years from the community is implants is not all its cracked up to be.its a huge responsibility and not only that.it can be damaging.alot of ppl regret it.but it was hiding.u can still get boneloss with them also.and after spending a fortune to have them placed,it don't stop there.u have better have a he'll of a bank account to take care of them.and they can need to be replaced after so many years.the cost will be like starting all over again.
@@tesathompson35 Yes, I totally agree with you that the implant procedure is expensive. This yr Jan I was able to save up some money for an all-on-6 upper jaw dental implant. If years later (10+) I need a replacement it would cost 3,000 for my upper jaw.
this was very informative!
You asked some very great questions!
Flouride calcifies the pineal gland.
Great video! very informative! Also, appreciate the pricing aspect…
Other than cost issue but the question about possiblity of allergy or sensitivity to materials used. How often do you see that?
I wished she would have intrigued herself and told us where she's from. Where her office is and how to contact her. Thanks and good to see you back on CZcams Kristi!
Hey!! This is Dr. Cueto at ASAP Dental Care. If you visit the link in the description box, you can set up a free consultation. (Make sure to tell them I sent you!) And thank you! I’m loving making these videos again and glad people are still enjoying them!
I'm in the process of all on 4 now going next week to meet oral surgeon doing upper and lower. Your videos have made my choice. Expensive yes but I hope it will be everything I hoped for. I hope I can send some pics when its done. Thanks for all your videos
How did it go? Are you happy with your results?
Once I have already an implant, can this be utilized in future for denture on implants?
Kristin can you please tell me who did your implants. I need to do snap ins on the bottom, and done by Ivaclar. I am in west central FL and my DDS wants to do them but I am not wanting that.
Great!!
How can I pay for this
❤️
Are any of these materials toxic ?
I'm in Washington state. I'm getting the snap ins and had 3 choices for material. I went with the middle option because of cost.
Well I guess I had 4 options because I could've used my old dentures but I'm not happy with how they look.
So if you have "fixed" options .... do they come out? (cleaning, etc)?
They come out only when the dentist takes them out. And they’ll only really take them out if they feel like it’s necessary to get them properly cleaned. But I cannot take them out since they are screwed in.
Ok and some people didn’t pay out of pocket and was chosen to get those expensive teeth through challenges.,I chose Snap ins and went through a financial aid program to help me. Go part is I Can take them in and out to clean.
Is it your dentures circonio ??
One channel dentist said he only offers zirconia because he wants his patients to have the best
does Dr Cueto have Dentures? they look perfect if she does
Great video Kristi 👍💗
Thanks for everything you do for the denture community. I have a nice set of temporaries and I have healing all on 4 top and bottom.. how do I explain to my dentist that I want my zirconia teeth to look like the ivovlar phonares ?? I have so much anxiety about picking things out for my fixed perms in a few months.
Hello Ashley. Glad for you that you'll get your all on 4 really soon! Sadly I can't afford them. Could u tell me if you wore removable dentures before? How long till u started this journey to implants? Guess I will be wearing removable dentures soon and I am really scared coz I don't know if u can keep a normal life with them, some people say really bad things about removable dentures... You know I mean that full set in all your mouth :(
@@estrellapaz5903 hey there, I actually got the all on 4s 6 weeks ago and they are healing and yes I am wearing a normal denture until they fuse to the bone in a few months. So six weeks in a temporary denture so far and I have to say just stick with it, it WILL be ok.. the first few days after surgery were rough and after that there has been a learning curve for sure, but it gets easier every day. I am lucky that my dentures are only temporary, but I have to say even the immediate denture is such an improvement from what I had before surgery. I can smile again and have so much to look forward to. I would say just to do tons of research, CZcams really prepared me for what was about to happen, I'm so glad I was ready and knew what to expect. Also I would say get a good dentist that you trust, having a good doctor is important, don't settle for anything less than what you paid for & also YES you absolutely can live a normal life with dentures, lean into it - it will be ok. Ok I'm rambling lol.. 🤣
Ashley thank you so much for replying, I am really scared coz I have heard that you cannot eat, talk, sleep, kiss, etc with full removable dentures in and that it is painful all the time... And it makes me sad that implants are too expensive here in my country :( maybe I will never get them, so I have to wear removable dentures or continue feeling depresed :'( thanks for your words, all of the dental wearers' opinion is really helpful to people that are afraid like me..
Hi, I just found your channel. This message isn’t just for kalinjax, but anyone who may have the heart and empathy to reply.
I have just reached the point, due to many reasons, heredity, Parkinson’s Disease, poor dental care, etc, that I know my teeth cannot be saved and I am going to have to get dentures, implants or what have you if I’m going to have a smile and be able to chew. The thing is this: I AM TERRIFIED. I’m worried about pain, cost, aesthetics, comfort, enjoyment of life including, eating, socializing and even kissing. When I think about all of this I feel overwhelmed and scared to the point of becoming depressed about my future. Anyone, please help?
I’m with you. Mine can probably be saved but I can’t afford it. Dentures I can do if I save up.. but I am terrified.. of literally everything that you mentioned. I am tired of feeling this way though. I miss smiling and leaving my home. I’m afraid if I get them pulled and dentures, I’m going to regret my decision and get even more depressed. I don’t see someone like myself being able to adjust to something like that.
My thoughts/worries exactly😔
@@TrueCrimeJade same😔
Great video but the prices dentists charge should be regulated, crazy prices that most people just can’t pay
The material and the metals they have to use are very expensive.
@@annabyrne4662 yeah dentistry should have Healthcare insurances like Medicare backing them up
I always wondered why Dentistry isn’t covered under one’s medical insurance. When you’re employed you usually have medical, optical and dental.. it’s all medical and all health! Why is podiatry covered under medical? Why is ear, nose and throat covered under medical? Optical is separate coverage not covered under medial but ears are? Why isn’t there separate “foot” coverage for Podiatry like there is for Dental and Optical? Chiropractic care is covered under medical and chiropractors aren’t even medical doctors?… whole system is flawed just like the human species…..
AMEN!!
@@annabyrne4662 it doesn’t cost as much as they’re charging
I keep hearing this "per arch" what does that mean? I totally don't get that.
This is the only thing I can answer. Per arch means top and bottom row of teeth. It works the same way with snap on veneers.
@@angelaschaefer5883 Thank you!
@@Bakchoi13 You’re welcome.
Do you ever get sore spots from implants like you do from dentures?
No, the denture will be screwed in. No sore spots, no pain at all. I got mine done in Jan 2022.
@@awu814 do you love them. My appointment is May 16. I’m excited and scared
$20-30K per arch?? 😭😭
In America land of the tax the poor
💯 exactly. It's just saddens me.they quick to push ppl towards implants
Basically saying if u want a better quality of life.thats the only way to go.but really,How.when they charge a fortune.most ppl will never be able to get them.is just sad.they need to lower the dam prices on them things.and anyway from what I hear they not all they cracked up to be.
$30,000 yep
6 weeks ago I had my top teeth removed and implanted 10 titanium anchors. I’m still struggling with my dentures. September can’t come soon enough. Apollonia in Bakersfield. They won’t do nothing unless you pay them up front.
This is what happens when you create a monopoly and elimate free competition.
I went to an implant school and they do surgery for free but I had to pay for denture and metal on denture I believe. I paid like $7500 for the one arch. Unfortunately they ripped me off with $3,000 for IV sedation. I’ve also heard of a few people going to Costa Rica and paying like $14,000 for both top and bottom and having great success. Before a coworker told me of this school I was ready to go to Algodones Mexico. Dental here in US is ridiculous. Oh and the dentist leading the school I went to pulled up in his Lamborghini the day of extractions lol.
New technology is really expensive but it gets cheaper over time, dental implants...always expensive.
