I've made a lot of style and decor mistakes in the past; adding to the last video, here are 9 more that you can avoid! These are all things that I regret, made my home look disjointed and mismatched, or just plain didn't work. Learning from these and seeing what else is out there, I'm confident that once our home is built, it will actually reflect our style.

A mistake according whom? What maybe consider as a mistake to one just might be beautiful to someone else it is all to ones preference. That why we are all individuals, everyone will not have the same style & taste. Giving people new decor ideas is great, but to call their style & taste a "mistake" is tasteless!

I completely agree with you, I make a point to say in my videos like these that if you love it, it's never a mistake. These are some "generally accepted mistakes" from most of the design world and as you can see from my video using pictures from my own home, these are all things I've done myself that I feel are not my personal best.
Everyone finds beauty differently and as long as it's something you love, it's correct!
