    I like this topic. I try to keep a flexible approach and know that some weeks will be heavier than others with strength training and tennis (my favorite sport). After a tournament I will need time to recover.
    I think it’s about listening to your body and not getting stuck in this mode of “I have to workout 5-6 days a week or I’ve failed!”
    With more intensity comes to the need to rest more.
