If this method doesn't work watch an alternate solution: czcams.com/video/Vwpr8hLYyeg/video.html
Also Check for external Antivirus software like MCAfee - Block firewall rule there to ------ it worked for me
the task manager option is da BEST , you are TOP 👍👍👍you have to write that if this doesn't work people have to Uninstall that Adobe Genuine Software, I did, now it works just fine.
Omg thank you so much! I totally didn't notice that I needed to disable the Internet to make it work. After you have completed the step you can relaunch with Internet and the PS finally worked😍 thank you so much you saved my life
blocking only Acrobat.exe does not work, it shows "Sorry! This Adobe App is not available" error message.
To fully work you also need to block internet access of ""C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\acrocef_1\AcroCEF.exe"" file in Firewall too.
After blocking Inbound and outbound internet access to both Acrobat.exe and AcroCEF.exe, this problem is solved.
Dude, it worked. You saved my life
You are a god amongst men. I spent way too long and you had the solution. Thank you.
very nice my bro !
I have Acrobat XI Pro and I have blocked the inbound and outbound for Acrobat.exe but my Acrobat DC folder is just empty in the Program files folder. What should I do?
i tried blocked acrocef as well, doesnt work
Thank you, very well explained, everything worked perfectly !
I was thinking about a fw rule to disable PS to access the Internet, and your video saved me a lot of time, thanks
Just in case anyone else made the same goof as me, I found that I was actually blocking a program shortcut and not the .exe file itself! The icon in the program files is just a shortcut. I'm not sure how I ended up finding the .exe file, but once I put that into the firewall rules it worked perfectly! And I'm not computer savvy at all!
great tip, thanks!
Is the exe file the set-up file?
@@BasilLeaf_ No, it's the program file itself. Tbh I'm not computer smart enough to explain it but it should just be the program name with .exe at the end
if it's still a shortcut, then open file location again until you're in the program's folder. you're looking for the .exe file
You need to repeat the step there; just right click on the Shortcut and click "Open File Location" again, then you'll reach the application in the actual installation folder, then copy its path and go ahead with the process.
thanks for pointing out disabling the internet for a while as the final step!! there's a lot of videos showing this method, but none of them mentioned this and I was really frustrated cuz I didn't know why it wouldn't work lol
you literally saved my life
Do we have to do this every time we use Photoshop?
@@tachibanaamv3698 luckily you don't have to repeat any of this! it will work just fine any time you open the program
@@tachibanaamv3698
Obviously the OP didn't understand that it's another way to fix not a last step, the first way is better of course!
It works without needing to turn off the internet connection for me, and it helps a ton so that i don't have to use my phone if I need anything from the internet. I can use my PC itself.
I did these steps and still it shows the prompt "Unlicensed Adobe Apps may expose your device to increased security risks" and then it tells me to buy Premiere Pro. Adobe's prices are ridiculous which is why I don't buy it. What to do next if the error is back?
Thanks, This was really annoying for me because it was popping up even with the app closed, so when im running performace heavy stuff it would just appear force me to their website glitch out and basically temporarily destroy my laptop, thanks this helps a lot!
Just an additional tip, for some people, after you click on "Open File Location", you'll reach the folder where the shortcut is located and not the actual installation folder. You need to repeat the step there; just right click on the Shortcut and click "Open File Location" again, then you'll reach the application in the actual installation folder, then copy its path and go ahead with the process.
dont be a file path n00b if youre using pirated software
The shortcut won't show me the "open location" button, though, as if it is the actual application. What am I doing wrong?
@@societycrumbles Alright, let me explain it in a more conversational manner:
When you're trying to open a file and can't find it in the usual way, first, make sure you've located the file in your explorer. Once you've got it, go up to the bar at the top - you know, the one that shows the file's address. Copy that address.
Now, don't just paste it directly. Here's the trick: use the "Browse" button, don't skip this part. When the popup shows up, paste the address you copied into the location address field. Click around until you see the application you're after, then hit "Open." Voila! That should do the trick. thank me later
@@societycrumbles Usually when you open the file location for the listing in the start menu, you reach this location - C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.
I am not sure as to why you can't get the "Open file location" on right clicking the shortcut there.
Try opening the properties box for the shortcut and you'll find the actual location in the "Target" and/or "Start in" field depending on the Windows version you are using.
@@samarpitshrivastavaofficial I figured it out after I wrote this and it seems my software is working again - I managed to just uninstall the "genuine software" notification, hopefully my photoshop will not get disabled.
Thank you for replying, though, I will save it for future reference!
Thanks Bro! It's working like a charm. As you said it in the end i used to use by disconnecting to the internet, but i needed to get some resources from the internet and it used to be a hell of task cause i had to quit the program and clear the creative cloud resources running in the back ground. Now it's working fine. having generative fill could have been way more better but we have plenty of resources in internet we can take from. Once again thanks a lot bro!
Thanks it worked! One thing, I use the old right click menu so it's different with yours. So I use the shortcut "ctrl + Shift + C" and also delete the ".
prefect! you saved so much time. thanks bro
Thanks was having issues with the Extended Demo version of this application and your solution to this bug came in clutch.
I understood the logic of cutting the apps' access to the internet when this problem arise, but I'm a stranger to firewall settings. This video helps a lot, thanks!
Thanks but mine is Mac, where can i find the firewall protection?
you suppose to buy software if using mac.
Thank you so much! Really well explained and simple.
Hi I have the version where you talk us through it and I am most grateful. Clear step by step instructions are hard to do and rare. Thank you.
I tried this method but it was a failure, then I have to block internet connection for Adobe apps in server firewall. After blocking in Server it worked perfectly.
The basic idea is blocking internet!!
Thanks for sharing this video.
Hi, may I ask how to black internet connection? Mine failed as well
@@anqiwang5556 Open windows defender, on left side of screen you will see Advance option. Then Click Inbound connection, then create rule. Same for outbound connection.
Or simply check in CZcams "How to block internet connection for an App in Windows"
I suffered for weeks trying all these solutions to no avail until i realized my Norton antivirus was the one managing the internet rules and that is where i had to block the connections!
@@anqiwang5556 No need to disconnect the internet, just go to the control panel and uninstall that Adobe genuine Software , if you have it installed you will keep seeing that error , I did I followed every step in this video but it didn't work so this english guy wrote that you have to uninstall that Adobe genuine Software.
Hello, thank you , this works well, but in the beta version in order to use generative fill, it needs internet connection, so now I can use Photoshop but without the generative fill feature which is the whole point of photoshop beta, is there a way to bypass that ?
I thought this didn't work at first. Took me two hours to figure out that I also need to disable Adobe's network connection granted by the 3rd party antivirus, in this case Kaspersky. I followed your advice for all three of my Adobe apps (PS, Illustrator, and InDesign), plus the extra step of disabling in Security Cloud. Now, it works great. Fantastic! Thanks a bunch!
but how did you disabled security cloud? :C
You need to head to the firewall section in your antivirus software and manually disable its network connection permission. You will have a list of programs there most likely, so just uncheck them.
Can you please explain the steps briefly
Hey, thanks for the video, but it doesn't work for me. I have done all the steps. In Inbound and Outbound it says that Adobe Photoshop is blocked, but after I open the program, the message still appears and the program closes automatically, very annoying. I can currently only work with Photoshop when Wifi is disabled, but that's not the solution I want. What is the solution if the steps shown don't work?
Did your problem resolve if yes please suggest mee too
from here on foward, do i have to use adobe products without wifi on?
If it appears on all of my adobe programs, I should do this with them too? or if I do it only for photoshop, it will work for the rest too?
if i disable my wifi always every time I open PS, how long will i be able to use the photoshop application?
Here's a better solution: Click on "Start", type "Services", Launch "Services", in "Services", search for a line called " Adobe Genuine Software Monitor Service" (the line may have different words, but started with "Adobe Genuine". Double click on that line. In the Properties, under "General", change the "Startup type from "Automatic" to "Disabled". Also click on "Stop". Click "Apply", OK, et voila. It won't bother you again.
how to disable it if I have ESET internet security antivirus , because the advanced settings in the firewall and security in muffled, not working
I have Bitdefender and when it was on the Advanced Firwall setting was grey out, I had the disable the antivirus and the advanced option was working again, hope that help.
I came back to drop a comment, this was really helpful and deserving of thanks, thank you so much!
How to fix on mac ?
With Little Snitch, is same, block connection to program.
I have original Kaspersky installed in my PC. So, what can I do?
same, but you can access the same feature upon finding firewall in your windows search
Thank man, works perfectly fine! 👍
Thankyou so much sir! i'm a Graphic Designer from PH!
Thank you! This worked instantly for me
It works but everytime if i wanna use photoshop do i have to turn off internet?
Thanks!!! Something like this happened to him but with Adobe Illustrator, so I did what you said and it worked, thank you very much.
This method works great with Premiere pro but it didnt work for me when i tried it with photoshop. is there something i did wrong or?
Very Useful and informative video
Simple, It works! thanks man!
Nice tips! Thank you, it worked so well
love you voice and ur time u took to share knowledge , I will like and sub
Thanks! Rather surprised that simply blocking internet access even prevents this after it's already disabled itself. Seems like a very weak protection method haha
thank You Loxyo Tech team its working you're doing such great JOB !! ❤🙏
Thanks, it worked. Glad that people like you existing and helping others in such way. Thank you!
Thanks man it does work. Make sure you get the actual application path. The one that ends with ".exe" and totally works
Wow great tips. Thank you. Worked great!
Worked like a charm. Thank you!!!
Hey Bro!! you are the best :) you are the best, you helped me solve this definitively, you earned a new subscriber
Nice, seems to work for all applications at the same time.
good one 👍👍 its workingg properly and explained very well!!
That method worked really well I appreciate this ❤
But doing that i cannot sign in to Photoshop to use the neural filters?
It worked with me and the message has disappeared !!! The application now is working smoothly without any interruptions.
Hello, I do this but when I reset my computer I must start the process from the begining, what should I do to solve this problem. Thanks
Do i keep have to disconnect my internet everytime i try open premiere pro?
Thanks! I downloaded prepatched versions and every one had the same problem.
thank you - helped!
(saw several videos, but this one works for me)
Thanks a ton, this worked! I had already removed the AdobeGCclient folder/disabled all the services and was still getting this pop up, and uber annoyed by it. I found another video on YT that had mentioned disabling the internet in order to get PS to launch, which works, but I need to use the web simultaneously while editing in PS. This was a very to the point video as the firewall rules totally bypasses this.
Excelente, me sirvió. Muchas gracias
Thanks for your useful information 👍
for does who had tried this and doesn't work, is because if you have another antivirus you need to block the internet access through that firewall, however if you have free stuff like Bitdefender then you cannot block the firewall access, and other antiviruses like AVG or avast are trash that slows you PC, so you better option is either getting the free trials of bit or just uninstalling and use windows defender.
thanks for the tips at first it didn't work for me until i set an inbound and out bound rule in my anti virus wich is eset anti vi ...now its working fine no more pop ups
I followed these steps while having the internet disconnected and I still keep getting this problem for some reason. I need internet access while I’m making content on Photoshop to communicate with project teams.
It works! :-) Your tutorial helped me, thank you.
DO YOU HAVE THIS ON MAC? Please Help
Oh! I didn't know that. Thanks for sharing.
bro which AI software did you use for voice over?
Me ha funcionado brother, gracias desde Venezuela, lo recomiendo, excelente solución.
It now says: Sorry this Adobe app not available to continue check your internet connection
will it work for premiere pro??
You saved my time Thank you man 🤗
At first i thought the method doesn’t work as well, but IT DOES. Your issue is probably copying the file location.
My exe file is in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023. And this is exactly what i get when i copy the path.
BUT that doesn’t include the actual exe file. Once you paste it in the field, hit “\” and a few options will show up in the dropdown menu. Find the exe file, in my case “photoshop.exe” and click it.
As the path is now complete you may now proceed. Once you do it in the Inbound Rules and in the Outbound Rules, it will be fine.
Works for all the adobe programs.
Thank you to Loxyo Tech!
This definitely saved my business, thankyou so much
Thank you! It was the one thing he didn't tell us.
I saw this comment right away! Thank YOU!!!
THANK YOU!!!!

Thank you, this is really working and help me out!
how to fix it on mac m1
Question: Do you have to do this for each program separately. Or just one, and the rest get fixed automatically?
Do this process for each program separately
Thanks again for sharing this tip...!
it works perfectly, mate. thank you!
does it work for disabled app? Cuz I ignored the message but they actually disabled the app
Me ayudó mucho. Muchas gracias
Thank's a lot, works well with Adobe Illustrator !
how to fix this problem in Mac?
Problem solved!
Aynı yolu Adobe Illustrator 2024 için uyguladım. İşlemleri sırasıyla yaptıktan sonra en son WIFI kapatmaya gerek kalmadan AI lisans ekranı (popup) açılmadan açılabiliyor.
Does it work for After Effects?
You're a life saver! Super thank you!
And for MAc
What's the solution
Excelente, muchas gracias!!!

Useful and informative video
