When she said "you should look a bit older, otherwise, that's not okay", that should have been Baddie's cue to ask her about the age difference between Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan. This big of an age difference between the lead actors in a movie coming from a sensible director like Sudha Kongara is very surprising.
