The Active Tourer attracted non-BMW drivers, it is an untypical BMW in many aspects. This car puts the driver better in the focus than other model: Just care for what a driver and passengers want to have to feel good.

Just a note, a ski hole is useless these days. Skis are so wide, as are snow boards of course, so with 40 20 40 split you can actually carry some... And 4 people. BMW are from Bavaria, where BMW owners do actually often go skiing... Even some of those looking at this car...i.e. the over 50s
The cars systems are voice activated so not always necessary to touch the screen.

Green San Remo
I decided to buy a green san remo bmw2.thanks to you.
Mainland Europe loves 40:20:40 because of skis… you just jump in a car Friday night and drive to the mountains. Skis in the middle, couple of friends and jobs done. Japanese cars are 60:40 and ppl hates it.
I noted this as well. Skiluke are too small.

Why didn’t you just press the buttons in the boot that make the rear seats fold automatically?🤷🏻♂️
BMW deleted that a while ago, we had a 2016 model with the buttons, when the 2020 model came, there were only blanks where the buttons use to be.😡
The only problem with all these reviews is that person reviewing the car is, pardon my bluntness, short. They all say it's spacious and loads of room, but please, but inside 2 persons of at elast 190cm, and then let's see it, ok?
I know just how time consuming and dam right inconvenient it can be to walk round the other side of the car to drop the seat down? lol
Biggest problem … it’s 5 seater. Most mpv users want 7 seater

No 4.38 meter long car can have 7 seaters.
The future longer grand tourer might have them.

Who says that? I doubt many buyers of a car this size want 7 seats. I certainly don't. I just want and need an upright, spacious, flexible, and comfortable car.
