She does sopranos proud. Her voice is very interesting overall. Her tone on low notes sounds like her sister Toni. On high notes, she has a girl-like quality to her voice that's very pleasant and endearing.
She served with the vocals on this album. My favorite is I Love You, its so Mariah. She's definitely TAMAR on this album & not Toni Braxtons little sister.

Omg. That A5 had to have been pure throat. That sounded so high and impossible. The A3 whistle note tho, she needs to do that more! Her and Traci can do it! Tamar's voice is just honestly so slept on. She does everything with such ease too.

@@MarquesTheProducer yes she does. She has hit whistle notes more than once. Ive never seen her do it in a performance, but absolutely when playing around with her sisters. She did it in a red carpet interview once as well
@@killlamas57 watch that interview again. I’ve seen her do it multiple times on the show. you shouldn’t have to put that much force into it.
Broken Record, Coming Home, S.O.N. and Angels & Demons - all STAY on repeat.
She has a average Full Soprano voice, what sets her apart from other sopranos is her smoky low notes.
I can't get over these high notes tho! This album will be getting a few grammy's.
my gurl tamar slayed with this album i love every song and lawd have mercy her vocals were of the chain on this album so personal authentic and organic u can really feel each emotion for every song. i hope she wins numerous grammys for such an amazing album so proud of my gurl and thanks angelfully for uploading this vocal showcase :)

The Eb6 in Free Fallin' is actually a E6, and is whistle not head voice
that was a Eb6. it’s the same pitch as Raise The Bar .. and that’s not a whistle. that’s head voice.
When I say Tamar brought it with this album...I really mean just that! This album surpasses all the things I didn't like about the last one. Is like she finally got serious for a change n poured not her heart but her soul into this one n it shows. Exceptional work Tamar.

Some were falsetto and some were head voice.
+James - It almost sounds like she was tapping into her whistle register with the first two. Tamar has a tendency to mix her high notes. But the last one was in full head voice.

+Ch -Voce Tamar is a full lyric soprano and her coloratura ability is quite recognizable when you listen to her songs.
I always thought she was a Full Lyric. Some say Light Lyric. I def hear that coloratura ability
