God bless our veterans, and God bless you, Gary! For all that you and your foundation has done to respect and support our troops! May I say from my heart, our Vietnam Vet's NEVER had the homecoming they fought and died for! I know your heart and drive. Can I say, I would love to see the same for those brave men, because of the politics of their war, and the homecoming they deserve, to see the same for them. For the younger generation to understand what happened there, and here..😢
I love and respect you and your foundation for what you all do for them. GOD BLESS YOU!!❤

Gary Sinise would have all of these gentleman heroes come before his name. He and his foundation are doing such a great thing. This is so emotional to watch; tears are streaming down my face. I’m so glad he has recruited the young people to meet these elderly former military and learn their stories. Mr Sinise is a good man, heaven-bound, I’m sure. What amazing Americans these ALL are.

What an awesome opportunity for those young men and women. I wish something like that was available to me in the early 90's. THEY were THERE!

I've watched several of these Soring Valor videos, and it's a real shame that they don't last longer. There is so much to see and hear with these great veterans that just cannot be captured in 11 or 12 minutes.

  • @amandarahn8038

I have watched so many of the foundations videos and for the longest time, I could not understand why so little views and 'likes.' I have to believe it is because Gary (and his foundation) are not about that. They are here to do good for those that have suffered for US. The United States and 'us' -their fellow citizens. They are not about the publicity, but rather honor those that have served or have been harmed by fighting for our freedom. These videos and their work deserve to go viral. They (Veterans and Gary) deserve the recognition. At least, I feel they do. Gary-to you and those that run your foundation, I don't believe "Thank you, for all you do!" will ever suffice. You all are truly angels.

As one veteran said to Gary Sinise, "Is there anything you can't do?" You are my hero, Mr. Sinise! I can't thank you enough for what you have done for the veterans. Thank you!

Every time I watch a Soaring Valor video I wish my Dad was still alive so I could watch it with him. He was a Navy veteran & would have loved these videos. Thanks for helping to get the WWII veterans stories heard.

OMG! This really gets me. I come from a family of Viet Nam Vets and they weren't always respected the way they should've been, but they hold no grudges, "Just did my duty as an American" they said. This is awesome! Gary Sinese is awesome! Bless them all! ❤🇺🇸

My uncle had some major drug problems when he came back from 'nam. Served honorably in the Rangers (and was drafted) and had his legs partially blown off. I remember he told me once that when he came back home people wouldn't speak to him if he had on his dog tags/fatigues. Pisses me off to no extent damn hippies did that to them. These men did their duty with honor and got spit on when they came home.

I grew up with a WWII veteran, my Father. I went on to serve for 21 of 37 years of my life. Earning 2 College degrees in the process. My Father (WWII Marine) never graduated High School. I served in the Marine Corps and Air Force for 21 years.
Service is about more than yourself...It is a commitment

I feel like this program should be mandatory for High School kids... maybe they would have a little more respect for their country when they head off to college and not be so blatantly anti-American.

Memorizing dates for a test (IF the school still teaches WWII) will never have the impact this trip, this video has had. For centuries history was always told by word of mouth because most people were illiterate. Now it is the best way to tell the story to people who are impressionable. I only wish these videos were longer!
