*A few minutes has been edited out of the video (the Olympic footage involving Toni Kukoc) for copyright reasons, but at least a lot of that got covered in the recent documentary 'The Last Dance'. Somehow the end of the interview with Doug Collins got trimmed unintentionally, and I'll try to fix that soon if possible. This was originally uploaded in 2017 and edited by yours truly in order to showcase what it took to get to the otherwise obtainable level Michael was able to get to.

Because of copyright issues the video had to be trimmed down from its original 23:23 length, but somehow within the collateral damage of it all half of the of the Doug Collins interview got cut off, but there should be a link to click on toward the very end of the video if you want to watch that interview. I was at 5 Star basketball camp in summer 2000 Jordan retired from the bulls a year before. He did a guest lecture on 1-1 moves. He pulled guys out of the crowd to play him. One guy scored one lucky basket on a fade-away prayer. He’s insane. Another kid did a carry move and acted like he was going to shoot a j but went past MJ for a layup MJ caught him blocked it from behind and knocked the kid to the floor then stood over him and told him he traveled lmao it was one of the most amazing moments in my life I’ll never forget and mind you that these were top rated HS players most of which went on to play D1. He was merciless

The foot soaks are great, I've done it dozens of times and it keeps me ready to run when I shouldn't be able to. I was an alcoholic too off and on and ate what I wanted for the most part for a while before giving up meat about 6 years ago, but if you start fasting gradually and slowly it shouldn't be too difficult to get thru, and there's no rules, you can play it by ear and stop anytime you want. Skipping breakfast has it's advantages even, it doesn't have to be too invasive on you to get some decent results. Martha Christie's book 'Your Own Perfect Medicine' is the best one get a lot of info quickly, and it will be hard not to try it after reading, though the topical treatments are great in themselves and very effective as the skin and blood absorb a lot of urine.

Jordan learned to use the social contract to be a teammate, but he knew to leave it aside when he wanted to display his individual greatness, which usually helped his team win anyway.

What I remember about Jordan was how much I hated him as a Laker fan after he schooled us in '91. I wanted him to lose every year and it never happened. Then when he retired from the Bulls, I was waiting for another Jordan to come around and it never did. Kobe or lebron don't really come close. Shaq comes the closest when it comes to dominating a game, but it doesn't compare to a dominant small man. People who haven't seen Jordan play live will never understand this. The best way to describe it is that highlights were pretty close to watching him live.

Damnnnnnn that’s crazy. I was also born in 1997, and I feel blessed to be born early enough to watch Lionel Messi play. While LeBron is my favorite player in basketball and was the reason I started watching and playing (in middle school), I don’t have that same feeling with him.

This is the one thing no one ever talks about when they try to ask "who would win between Jordan and LeBron?". Or if they do, they don't put enough weight on it. LeBron is indeed a great player, and he's certainly more talented physically. But Michael beat the careers off of guys who were more physically gifted his whole career. Just based on his will to destroy them. If they were to play each other one-on-one both in their prime, Jordan wins 4 out of 5 games. The greatest player to ever play the game. He was relentless, never gave up, helped the WORST team in the NBA win their first championship without jumping ship like many players do now at days. He believed in his team, made mediocre players turn into great players by teaching them how to play the game his way. Went to stadium really early. Had nose bleed ticket but met up with my high-school coach before the game and he had season tickets to NBA & NHL games. He was more of a hockey fan. He took off his season pass tag and placed it over my head and neck.Then said, "I know how much this means to you and it might even be once in a lifetime opportunity for you to see your loved idol." I wanted to breakdown and still can't thank him enough for doing that. I am 41 years old now and my coach and I still keep in touch.
His ticket was about SIX ROWS BEHIND THE HOOP. As the Bulls came jogging out of the tunnel I stood up like many did and I felt this crazy energy, heat and I was shaking. Had goose bumps. I just can't explain the once in a lifetime feeling. Saw Jordan coming out from the tunnel. I never sat down during their warm up. Saw his doing his routine, four bounce, spin the ball foul shots, grip the ball one hand layups and of course his fadeaways!! Long story short a Grizzle player said some crap to Jordan and MJ turned it up and made 19pts in last few minutes of the game with an up and under layup, jumper, fadeaway, 2 steals led to 2 dunks etc. Bulls won. What a game!! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! Thanks Coach!!
side note: The GOAT MJ brought Nike back to life (basketball sneaker sales) from the shadow or Converse and Adidas (DJ & Magic era). When Nike became Nike Air/Flight then became AIR JORDAN then sky was the limit.

Yesterday during my run I had a long moment of clarity where I found that I'm a little more that way than I realized, but that's perfectly fine and better to realize it a bit than to not.
