I had a ding left hand side rear plastic bumper about the same size, to fix heat up with a hairdryer then poor hot water from a boiling kettle and hammer ding out from the other side, works a treat.

Any locker type should be strong enough for this vehicle. Manually activated or automatic is a personal choice. Personally I'd consider ARB or TJM air lockers.
For an IFS like these have, front locker will do the most good. Rear usually has enough articulation to keep both rears on the ground. (If only doing one locker.)

Hey man nice video seeing all the sexy prados in action, quick question, do all prados have that much flex naturally or have the been moded?
Most of those would have had at least 2" suspension. My silver one has some extra mods for flex. The early Prado does pretty well for IFS.
what are the 90 series centre LSD like?
