hi@@khumbelonetshamavu5355 , my surname is nit Mudau. Well I have not done any process apart from completing the tefl certificate with the help of the channel's owner. Follow the link on her notes box and watch the video which will help you answer the questions. for any help with the further processes check other youtubers who explain the processes.
