You've been requesting her so here she is.... SAILOR PONY! This pony is inspired by the manga Sailor Moon!
I used a G4 Pinkie Pie that was mailed to me by Amy from Las Vegas, NV (THANK YOU AMY!). Pinkie was already prepped and ready for customizing. If you need to know how to remove the mane and tail from a pony please watch one of my past MLP Custom videos for a step by step tutorial :)

This is such a beautiful custom! All the little details are incredible! I love how you used the sugru for the majority of the hair then did the pigtails with nylon hair. Wonderful job, keep up the great work Manda!!

To get the paint to stick better, try using a manicure sanding block to rough up the plastic a bit.
