Jev really made the survive so difficult for himself he could’ve easily gone to a character he’s never used and will never use and put all his points onto health and/or defense and he could just stand there and not die

Jev, I recommend using Sonya as your Kameo when using subzero. Sub doesn't have any 50/50 starters so you really have to mix up. One of his best moves is B3, B4. His little slide. Decent damage on its own but Sonya can hit confirm it into an easy 30% combo with no bar. Highly recommend.

How does he not have a 50/50 when he has a low mix up and an over head. And a low into a high combo
@@swampgator101 He's saying he has an overhead high and a low starter but he doesn't have a 'true' 50/50 which isn't true, you can still cancel B2 into slide if you're committing immediately. Also he does not have lowverheads without kameos like Scorpion. He has low enders, he has overhead enders, but his only overhead starter is reactable (meaning against certain people it doesn't exist if you do it raw).

if anyone is having trouble with this too, beat the survival challenge in that new table in invasions; youll get a talisman equip that and itll help you beat the titan
For anyone who’s having trouble with this: use the translucency field konsumable that makes you immune to projectiles for survive then use unlimited talisman charges for Baraka with a talisman that gives you the most health back!

There's a consumable that makes you immune to projectiles for 1 encounter...it makes the fight pretty manageable
The key to the survive stage for me is to perfect block the baby barakas as much as you can, then when you start getting low just dodge as much as you can
jev, i saw a yt video and it helped me a lot you have to use the thing that resets your stat points and put it all into attack as reptile and just uppercut and block i beat baraka in like 2 attempts

Using a projectile heavy character is a way to go, I used Raiden with Serena spam. Air Eclectic Fly to escape the corners. About Stats, you can change them by buying it from the Collector at the Wushi Academy

Always change characters or character stats before a boss fight since most times you will have all attack boosts....on bosses you need all health and defense boosts on stats.....

I used reptile and the legendary wind breaker amulet thing. Just do uppercuts and burn them with the farts. Super easy.

I cheesed the boss with the item that let‘s you be invulnerable to projectiles and simply playing Shang Tsung with Motaro Kameo. Motaro can reflect the projectiles which does good damage and Shang can projectile spam 🙃

Jev’s Fury Ngannou prediction much like a lot of others, just didn’t play out like it should’ve on paper.
I'm at level 30 (stats set to auto upgrade). I mainly use Reptile, do his combos & use the fart talisman sparingly. Hitting him just right with each fart seems to drain his health. I've also used several of those needles that give permanent resistance to different elements & stuff.
Have not seen the MK1 story, I refuse to watch it anywhere else. Jev please post a story series 🙏🏽

When you lvl up on invasions you get stat points for every character not just the one youre using. just pick a character with decent movement and dump all the points into health and defense and the survives are light work

The Baraka skin is the Baraka you fight with Liu Kang in the Story mode, so it's a neat little reward, I think. Hopefully we'll get the Dark Reptile skin soo, because that one looks so much better than his Light skin.

The best thing i found was to just spam 1 2 1 over and over. If you catch him at the right time, you kinda stun lock him and can just do it over and over

I’m not gonna be able to beat either of these challenges so I’m probably just gonna wait for the next titan battle and see what happens
For invasions. Dump all stats into health on a character you don’t use. Makes it near impossible to fail the survive task.
Took me a few tries but then I just respeced my stats and put around 65 into health, and dumped the rest into attack/special/defense. Then I used the talisman that gives you super armor for the entire match so my attacks wouldn’t get interrupted, and I was able to beat him pretty easily. Finally got my platinum trophy.😁✌️
