More malls. In the meantime, the population from northern Cebu has to suffer traffic congestion just to get to the city! How about widening the roads first?
I hope people does not equate progress with numerous malls. Unless parallel vital developments are done- efficient public transport, widened roads, proper sidewalks, adequately proper and drainage, ample water supply, efficient garbage collection, etc. Then first cities like Cebu, soon loses its liveability and attractiveness.

While Nustar has a mall, it is considered as a mix-used or integrated development having multiple features but its major or flagship feature is a gaming facility - casino, not a mall. Thus, Nustar is comparable to Okada in Entertainment City in Paranaque City and other similar casino resort complexes such as Solaire and City of Dreams. When completed, Nustar Resort will be the country's second largest casino resort complex next to Okada Manila in terms of gaming facility space.

As I was roaming around the city I noticed there are a lot of vandalism in the walls of the buildings. I hope the city government will repaint all this walls co'z it ruins the image of Cebu.

The second citymall is cebu city is a highend mall it is not small and it has cinemas. Cebu's different from the other citymalls in the Philippine. Visit Cebu soon and look at how big it is.
@@conradotabal7989 Citymall is not a high-end mall. All Citymalls are economic community malls. No high-end malls would host Mang Inasal, Jollibee, Chowking, Dunkin Donuts, etc. 😁😁. While Ayala Center Cebu is an upscale mall, the upcoming mall within the Nustar Casino Resort Complex will be Cebu's first high-end mall.
