    I walk a lot (I can even walk for hours plus my job requires a lot of walking around the building) eat very very slow and drink nothing but warm water (not a fan of cold/ice water) but still bloated to the point where I look 4 months pregnant. Im only 22 years old but Ive been bloated ever since tho it doesn’t show before but now its more visible and I have trouble moving around. The only time Im not bloated is when I don’t eat anything the whole day. I want to exercise but its so hard to exercise my middle part of the body because of the weight.

      Thank you for your comment! I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to bloating since I've only come to realize it now. It had never been a problem before when I was in high school (cause I usually only feel bloated after overeating but it always debloats by itself after a few hours), but now even one meal a day is causing me to bloat 24/7 and I am having problems with eating a meal that contains meat. It is important to incorporate iron-rich foods in my meals such as red meat and beans because I have anemia. I have decided to see a naturopath next week and will ask her about the possibilities you mentioned in your comment. Thank you!

    I'm in my late 30's and have never been bloated my entire life until a couple of months ago and now it's happened twice. I never realized how painful it is. I eat very healthy (only baked fish, egg whites, steamed vegetables, and protein shakes with fiber and chia seeds, drink a gallon of water per day and workout HARD 5 days per week. Now I'm scared to eat ANYTHING. Would an enema be helpful? I've never done that before but I'm willing to try anything at this point.

      Peppermint helps a lot, also yogurt as it’s full of friendly bacteria, you could also try to eliminate sulphur rich foods/vegetables to see if this might be one of the causes.

      This is what I dealt with too. Every morning I drink aloe juice, and I notice if I have bad foods like bread or something really grease it makes it worst. Try to massage the abdomen, and de stress
