Ylivoimalla, the name of Villes company, is a nice set of word play.
One use of the word "ylivoima" in Finnish is the term forpowerplay on Hockey when you have one more player than the other team. So basically giving more power than your competitors.
"Voimala" on the other hand is the word for power station.
So, "Ylivoimalla" would be the station to get more power than the other guy has, "Powerplay station".

The scania gearbox kickin into neutral is cool on saves fuel but it comes with a catch. Clutch is depressed while that happens and it will press the slave trought the clutch. For my last truck it was around 800.000km.
Have like a little bucket of soapy water near by on the tire machine, so you can lube the bead to make it slide on better.
Yup. Bucket of soapy water and a sponge on a stick. You can also buy purpose made tire lube.
Should of put some board on the floor to raise the height of the bumper so it wouldn't hit the trailer
I know it looks trashy but a few wood blocks kept on the trailer go along way you can put them under the tires to raise the bumper up so it won’t hit going on and off or just put the ramps on blocks ❤

If you want to see some awesome fireworks, you need to get a boat and hang out on Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia. Their having fireworks the 4th 5th and 6th. Every year, live music, food etc.
These engines is designed to work at low rpm, they have most torcue from 900 to 1500 rews.

Put some pieces of wood in front of the ramps of the trailer for the front wheels to climb on to and the bumper will go free.
For real I was cringing hard then put them on the trailer to to stop the truck before smashing the front deck ramps with the bumper Bruce just gets in a hurry

A lot of guys complain about the international I drive a 23 with the a26 and it works pulls well drive really smoth
International's own engines were terrible in every single way and gave them bad rep. A26 is just a rebranded MAN D26 engine from Europe. Also the LT slowly strts to show its age.

Well, its the inline-6 "base" Scania engine used on the lower trim Scania R or S models, which is actually is no slouch. International is unsure whether the famed Scania V8 has a place in the US market.

Im surprised you could not tell I was making a sarcastic remark The fuel injection system on that engine was developed by a partnership of Scania and Cummins starting in 1992. By 2007, they had developed the super high pressure system that is in that 2024 International engine.

Hey Bruce I hope that you took some money out off Ryan's pay package because he didn't tell you about the bumper on the black Peterbilt towing truck when it hit your trailer.
I have one question: why in USA you use lowboys that seem to be pain in the butt to connect? Is there some regulation that makes it the choice or what?
I mean in Europe we do use flatbeds that are similar with long ramps and able to carry heavy loads. They are a bit taller, but not by much.
Oh and also: we usually take the innards off of the wheel when setting new tires, so we just use the pressure to seat it and let it go down on "gut feeling" before put the innards back and then actually put the tire up to pressure :P usually makes the 'pop' easier since there's nothing restricting airflow.

Revving out the engine on a Scania motor is a waste of energy. Try working in the eco mode setting and let the motor work at it's premium torque range.

thats close to technologys pinacle for a good communal truck here - our community recently got one purpose built for 260 000€ - all wheel drive and steer cause our municipality includes steep mountains and tight roads in old town - 3 way dump cause you cant well rear dump when you drive between a cliff down and a cliff up, all wheel drive cause of mud and snow
self loader crane to clear debrees - driftwood- from bridge piers and dam gate and spoillway in case of high water or cleanup after mudslides (it really is mostly gravel up to tire sized rocks)
self loader is also good for material transport like sand - gravel for fixing something roadside with concrete. the crane is fully remote controlled and also used with a flail mower for roadside mowing, steering trailer can transport excavator even up tight turns on mountain "roads" americans would probably call them mule paths and shit their pants when they cant see ground next to the tire when they look out the drivers side window
i dare you build such a truck , even if its just to show you can - i bet you can earn some good money if you sell such a special build - it replaced a Unimog purpose built specalized for snow blowing, a MAN 4x4 short frame plow and salt truck that was eaten up ,a old DAF roll off dumpster truck with a crane with claw grapple and flail mower that had a wore out engine and a 1980s era 3 way dump truck from Mercedes that had gearbox issues from a dumb young driver no clutch ripping it in gear like a american...

If you plan to take V8 from white Scania and put it in Peterbilt,you could get S13 engine and put it in white Scania.
