Take your time and know your worth! Apply for those jobs you don’t think you’d get… you literally NEVER know. Show how confident you are in your work and for the position you’ve applied for and they’ll be eager to hire you. Change is scary but you have a lot of support from your friends & family. I had pub's for 15 years. I was a great licensee, until my government made it impossible to make a living. I get you, I could never now be say a bar or catering person. I did step down financially, but I am now a health and safety officer and love that I am doing something new. Your skills can be used for so much. Even a job you never even thought of.

Hi Kandy, it’s normal to be scared of change. Take it easy on yourself. Kandy, pray and put it in God’s hands. The change might be the best thing for you and you don’t know it yet. I’ve been a job coach for years. My advice, it’s easier to find a job when you don’t need one. It gives you the power to be bolder in the pay and qualifications. If you don’t get it you’re less bothered cause you still have time.
I’d continue submitting your resume whenever you see something you like even if you feel you aren’t qualified. Remember you’ve done this work for many years and You’re Dependable!! That’s huge in this age. Have a big ego in this because you’ve earned it and they would be benefiting from you being there. Remember all the people that didn’t even last a week at your current job? Change is scary, but look how well you did from your last job in this one, you will continue to do well with the next one too. You got this!

Girl it's not you it's the job market trust me. I've got 15+ yrs experience in my field in managerial roles and have applied for over 100 jobs. I've been called back on less than a quarter of them. It's 100% the job market. They are also under paying so that limits the jobs I'm willing to apply for. You got this.

Hi Kandy! I know change is hard, but it is often the best thing to ever happen to you. You will get through this and whoever gets you, will be lucky to have you as their employee! You have always been so dedicated to your work. What is your employer doing for YOU to make you want to stay till June? I hope providing you with some incentive. Because if they aren't, you should be looking right now and if the perfect job comes along I would jump ship. If they are compensating you to stay till June, I would still look and if a new employer wants to hire you, just tell them you can't start until July 1. I would exit from your current job and take a few weeks for yourself. If the employer really wants you, they will wait for you! 🙂 I wouldn't even look around the area you are living in..... you do need to move North. Kandy, make sure your state pays unemployment if you quit because in Alabama it does not. If a company terminates you then you can get unemployment or if you are laid off from the work place. I understand it can be scary but you have just got to believe in yourself and always be confident in your interviews. Good luck.

Somebody I know recommended ‘ Mushrooms ‘ for my lifelong unrelenting depression and anxiety . I am already on strong antidepressants which help to a degree . I honestly would try anything if I thought it would help me … what are others opinions please 🙏🏻
I was hoping it would help with my depression and anxiety. I have heard micro dosing is very helpful. For me, the dose we took, it was too much and not a fun experience.
