Take a tour of the newest visitor center on the Appalachian Trail, the Damascus Trail Center! A collaboration between the Town of Damascus (aka "Trail Town USA") and the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, the DTC embraces and enhances southwest Virginia’s growing status as a hub for outdoor recreation. Located just a few feet from the Trail, the DTC welcomes visitors of all hiking experience levels, from day hikers to thru-hikers attempting to tackle all 2,190+ miles of the A.T.
