  • In this video, I take you inside a historic mansion located in the most expensive neighborhood in SF. This beautiful home was originally built in the late 1800's on Broadway but was later moved to its present location in 1911.
Every Tuesday, real estate agents in the city hold their listings open for other agents to preview and get acquainted with the inventory. I do not have a buyer for this home, but I couldn't resist the temptation to see it. I truly enjoy the unique characteristics of every home in San Francisco has to offer.
2828 Vallejo is a 10,345 sq ft home that boasts 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and a 4 car garage. The home has stunning views of the Bay, Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Older than probably anyone on here. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lived in San Francisco for 20 years. I have never, ever heard the neighborhood called "Pac Heights " by the locals. Pacific Heights! Oh well, I must be getting old. This is some young people's stuff. 😆

Looks well maintained overall but a bit dated with continuity issues in design. I would definitely have an experienced building contractor give it quite an extra thorough proctology exam so there wouldn't be any surprises after purchase.

I just started this video! Hope you throw in a little history of the that area, if you did already I apologize! If you didn’t add it ( I know history isn’t the focus, but I think if there is interesting history of a certain area , it always adds to the appeal! Really enjoying your channel this far! 😊

Thanks for watching and I like this advice! I’ll do more tours and give a bit of the history of a neighborhood 😃

I live about three miles and $27,500,000 from that mansion. However, I drive by it frequently.

The floorplans show an entire floor for staff. Did I miss that in the video?

born and raised in sf and im only 22 but isn't sea cliff the more expensive location in sf? Just a question as I always thought it was or corona heights

Nice! Pac Heights has the highest Median prices for the city. You definitely see some massive sales in Sea Cliff from time to time. There’s a $28M home pending right now in Sea Cliff 🤯

The kitchen and baths need full remodel and they want $28m? No wonder it’s sat on the market this long!!

Also a suggestion, please pan your video slower. I couldn't watch your video because I started to feel the effects of being dizzy. It may look ok to you cuz you're the one walking through but your video needs to be panned slower in order to be enjoyed by all. I watched many realtor videos and it's a turn off when the video is presented like that.

It's "San Francisco" or "The City" -- NOT SF. It's also "Pacific Heights" -- NOT Pac Heights.

It escapes me why the people of “The City” get labeled as stuck up elitists. It simply is just unfounded and astonishes me that anyone could think… oh wait, now I get it.

Terrible video. Between the music and lack of commentary, really poor presentation. No one calls Pacific Heights, PAC Heights or San Francisco, SF.
