    I personally think the Kogen Onsen trail in Daisetsu National Park is the best spot to see the autumn colors in Japan.

      Agreed, Daisetsuzan National Park in general is an excellent fall color spot.

    I was thinking of the same itinerary but having a luggage bag. Any idea how I can manage the bag? I don't think I can hike with a bag on tow.

    How do you handle with your luggages from one place to another?

    • @japanguide
      @japanguide  Před 5 lety

      For this particular trip, because it was just one night, we only carried backpacks. Non-essential luggage could easily be stored overnight at a luggage storage service at major train station or sent ahead to the accommodation.

    Which place should I go to catch peak colors in 9 nov to 13 november? Is showa kinen park great for that time?

    • @japanguide
      @japanguide  Před 6 lety +1

      Probably Nikko is a safe bet. Showa Kinen Park should also be good. Here's more info on when the leaves changes across Japan: www.japan-guide.com/e/e2014_when.html

    • @Yasunori_Sato
      @Yasunori_Sato Před 6 lety

      Showa Kinen Park should be in the middle of the peak. Nikko and Fuji Five Lakes areas in a later stage, while Hakone in an earlier stage. People do have their own preference. I like rather an earlier stage than a later one.

    Hi at late november , the autumn already end or not in lake towada?

    • @japanguide

      Most likely the season will be over by late November and winter will be starting.

    Great video. On top of it being beautiful and enchanting, it's also very informative. But I do feel you should credit the music you're using to help the artist/label (if you didn't produce it yourselves, that is). You've gained a new subscriber nonetheless.

      Thanks very much. Glad you found the video worthwhile. About the music credit, in this case we purchased a license to use the music commercially without credit similar to how a TV show purchases background music for example.

    This is all perfectly wonderful....BUT it is prohibited to people like myself that cannot walk so well...can you not find a route, that slightly disabled people can use?

    • @tewaewae
      @tewaewae Před 3 lety

      you can take a bus to the ferry wharf instead of hiking the whole way. the pace is pretty relaxed and I would not worry about having to walk so far. It's easy to travel even if you can'T walk so much.
