- Enjoy a complete ride on the Magic Kingdom Express Monorail to & from the Transportation & Ticket Center, filmed in 4K UHD 60fps! The monorail seating is now split into different sections. I used to always make sure to sit right by the speaker to capture the audio, but I don’t have that choice anymore so I tried my best to record the audio to the best of my ability. This was filmed on April 21st 2021 at around 2pm

Can you imagine how great it would have been if Disney had received the requested land along I4 and today we would have been able to ride a monorail from the Orlando airport to Disney World??

that would be a dream come true. Monorail is the best way to travel around Disney, and going from the airport to the hotels would be amazing. Also, Walt would probably be so happy haha
Great? Yes. Practical? Maybe…..one has to consider that you’ll have your luggage (as well as kids and their luggage)
Massive part of the Disney vacation , these monorails. The odd smell inside the carriages was weirdly part of the attraction! Nostalgia I guess.....

How I wish that I was there. Florida weather combined with the Disney atmosphere just makes for a magical experience that is unlike any other.
Florida weather is best in late fall and early spring before spring break, that’s when my family and I love visiting Disney World
I can't think of anything better to do on a Friday morning than riding the monorail or in this case watching it and that view of seven seas lagoon just took my breath away

When I was a kid, if it was your birthday they used to let you ride up front. It was an awesome experience.

One year we went we got to ride in the cockpit
with the operator and got the 1st person POV. Very cool.
I loved riding the monorail since i was a kid...I'm 50 now..and still have the same warm feeling.
And I just paid for a mini vacay at Disney in February 2023.........a year after my first visit this past February. I can't wait to ride this again

I Miss So Much Walt Disney World. I´ve been there 3 times. The Monorail Changed a Little bit because of the pandemic of Covid-19. I am from Brazil and i miss Orlando a lot. I have stayed in the last 3 times at Disney´s Polynesian Resort and i really like that Hotel

I wish I could go back. Mostly to Florida. I reside in the chilly upper state of Michigan, but I YEARN for the warmth and sun of the southern states. Hell man, I’d just ride this thing around the circuit all day. I don’t even need to enter the main body of the theme park.

We're heading to Orlando for Universal soon, but you bet that I'm taking us to Disney day 1 just to ride the monorail lmao (well, and go to Disney Springs / Chef Mickey's, but monorail is most important 🥴)
Go figure there were 107 Comments before mine, for it was from Dopey 107 (after riding the tram, of course), that my brother, my sister, and I, took the monorail, on our very first visit to the Magic Kingdom! That was back in August of 1996. I remember the announcement for the Contemporary including mentioning Chef Mickey's and, I think, other amenities. I'm guessing that, since more has been added on, there is now too much to list.
If I ever get to go back, I think I'll ask whoever's driving to park at the Magic Kingdom on the day we're going to EPCOT (or vice versa), just so I can ride the monorail between the two. Whoever drives me there, i hope they're a rail fan!

IF this system went all over L.A., Everyone would ride it !! Born in Torrance in 1954. First rode this in 1960 ! Edit!! I thought this was Disneyland. But the fact is still true.
Last time I went to Disney I was only about 5 so I don’t remember much…but these monorails are the only thing I remember! So seeing this vid is really nostalgic for me. Thank you so much 4K WDW!

Dude it's the same for me. I can't remember anything about Disneyworld from when i was little except for a vivid memory of riding the monorail at night after a long day. I guess it really leaves an impression on us.

I was just wondering but why do some monorails bot have the announcements playing, when they do play it either very faint or just the stand clear of the doors
As I'm riding this monorail, I'm immediately thinking of an ambient piece of music called "Blue Monorail" by Ken Elkinson- no lyrics, no drumbeats, just calm music all the way through. Emotional, but quite enjoyable.

I don’t think they lowered the voice. It sounds like the speakers are dying, since these monorails are extremely old and are the same ones in operation since 1989. I’m hoping they fix or replace the speakers for the 50th anniversary this October but who knows
