    Into: 100 burpees
    Time: 14:16 (Annie done in 8:48)
    Was initially super stoked with the time but saw some people’s Annie time and was shocked. Without any breaks and keeping the transitions fast I felt like I crushed it. But my sit-up and double under reps are just a little slow and I need to work on pushing them. Felt decent on the burpees, stayed consistent with no step ups with just a little push at the end. Give this one a go!

    This is a great WOD, I love Annie and have a fast time (5:31) because of situp speed, I think you can work on some things:
    1. Keep your hips on the ground for the entire movement. Slamming your lower back into the ground isn't helping you situp.
    2. I prefer my feet flat on the floor with knees closer together. You can engage hamstrings in this position which helps in the coming up part of the situp.
    3. Keep your arms straight and reach all the way overhead with the back of the fingertips touching the ground (keep palms towards to sky). Violently throw arms to help situp.
    4. Exhale when siting up, inhale on the way down.
