thanks.. i watched your M41 build, as I'm doing one myself now, and kept thinking...his finish looks great, but he's not explaining what he's doing... but then I found this seperate video .. going to give it a try.. did you use a white primer before the rust coat, or maybe a light gray?
It is a light grey primer. Vallejo is the brand. The white that shows through the final color is actually a bit of the salt left over from when I covered the rust color.
You can also use cinnamon foe more realistic effect.
