It’s so amusing to think of them stopping the clock to get the extra queens and trying to conceal their laughter after each move in the endgame
What they used to do is put two pawns together on the same square to represent a queen. Even thought they'd have enough pawns to do that in this game for the extra queens, the board gets awfully crowded.

yall ever plan to take psychedelics, then I recommend:
1: Starting with a low dose(Dip your toes in the water see how you feel)
Going to a forest that you know/have explored before(Just so you don't feel lost or anxious being in a place you haven't been to before)
Having a trip sitter that you trust(They can calm you down if you feel anxious, guide you so you don't get lost and help you if things go south)
Being in a right state of mind(Don't rush it, if you don't feel like you have your life in control then refrain from using it. Taking psychedelics is an experience not something that will fix your life, of course it has helped people but not always, take what it shows you at face value)

Have seen other games with multiple queens but they usually get exchanged immediately. This one featured 6 of them and also lasted several moves. Also, man today's video and not just the game itself was a whole new level of chess entertainment! Kudos Levy!

Ive had Premium YT for so long i actually forgot that there was an AD version. That aside, i can say that Levy's videos are some of the very VERY few that i actually watch through to the end EVERY time. They're such gems and i enjoy them to the utmost. Concerning the stare: For me it's the moment right after the stare that sets a precedent for the entire video to follow. 0:01 if you pause, you can see his anticipation, all the energy, whilst his expression still stays humble and curious. This man is going to deliver you something beautiful and he isn't even putting the focus on himself but on the game and the curiosities of chess. It's the breaking of the stare, that gives the most information about the video and Levy himself. 8/10 for the short but classy stare, 10/10 for the starebreak and anticipation expression. #Starebreakgang

When I played OTB chess in school (this was the 1980s!), we used upside-down rooks (if they'd already been taken, as is the case in this game) when multiple queens were on the board.

I once managed to turn every pawn into a queen and to then line them up prettily on the side. Without checkmate or stalemate in the process. It was with my opponent's cooperation, but it was really funny regardless
