Looks like it was a beautiful day! Nice chit-chat.
Holy crap that guy was close
That’s definitely going in a highligh reel
Thanks for the ride, Jerry I love coffee, but I only drink it in the morning 😄
Wow you have interstates for electric bicycles over there, neat!
Once you go torque sensor you’ll never go back but you’ve got to want to pedal
Agree
I have to tell you, Jerry I wasn’t a fan of dual motors, even though I built a bike with dual motors but that little Hanevear that I got is an incredible bike. They are very in sync with each other. I don’t feel like the bike is out of my control. I’m now a fan of dual motors.
I love dm but I hate the drain on the battery.
Nice job Jerry!
Thanks Rich
That bike does move!
Thanks buddy. Look forward to lunch
I think you will love a torque sensor ebike. That Engwe I got has a torque sensor and I love it, more natural bike riding feeling. I think dual motor ebikes should come standard with dual batteries. I see the advantage of dual motors especially when off-roading or overlanding, or really steep hills. Nice that you can turn them on and off and use two motors when you need to and shut one down when you don't. Very nice ride.
I’m itching to try a torque sensor bike
Nice ride. It seems like a decent bike
Nice beautiful Trails. Where is it located? I've thinking of adding front motor kit to my Ebike.
It’s the Ohio Erie trail and run the whole state of Ohio. I was up by Cleveland. Thanks for watching
Nice ride Jerry... I've been on that trail many times, but you lost me when you got off the trail and went up the big hill through that neighborhood. I was trying to follow your route but got turned around.
I get off the trail at Harvard just south of Steelyard. I pass up Harvard and go up Crestline. That is where that hill is and then turn left on Valley up to Broadview. I live in Parma Hts so I head south as soon as I come out of Tremont.
@@Ebiketips1 Okay, got it... I was thinking that was the general area you were in. Nice ride!
Nice channel. That bike path goes near my house down here on the Cincinnati side. I think they say Class 2 ebikes are allowed on it down here. That doesn't really make sense to me, It shouldn't matter what class a bike is, they should just set a speed limit. I think that would be better and fair for everybody. I am thinking about getting an ebike in the future and getting back on the bike trail. I haven't ridden on the trail since the 1980's with my 10 speed. I would like to get an ebike to help with the peddling, I'm not young anymore. LOL. I used to get on the trail at Foster's down here. There was a bar next to the trail back then and the owner of the bar had a chimpanzee named "Sam". The bar is still there but the Chimp has been gone for a long time.
That's a nice bike you have there, I could probably get by with just a rear motor but I am sure the dual motors come in handy. A trend I would like to see is more and more ebikes become UL Listed, just for peace of mind. It would also be nice to have more higher ah battery bikes from the 30ah to the 60 ah range.
Good point Steve. I think a speed limit makes more sense. It was an accident I got involved with e-bikes. I purchased one for my wife and she insisted I try hers and I was hooked. Thanks for watching😀
that's not at all shabby i say it's downrite amazing
Thanks Jerry
Don't understand the whole dual motor trend. As it just adds more weight and increases battery drain. My 500-watt motor moves me up steep mountain roads just fine. However I do look forward to upgrading to a bike with dual batteries and a torque sensor.
I’m in agreement with you on the motors. It’s fun but you give up battery level.
What causes the high pitched noise when the front motor was engaged ?
It's the front wheel/tire. It only makes that sound when dual motors is on and you go
between 20-25mph
Its a geared motor. They are noisy. You want more silent go mid drives or direct drives are the near silent. Oh and dont forget dual motors twice the noise. You wont like dual mottors once you get flats as well
@@economicfusion6065 I wondered why it was only at certain speeds. Almost ever video about this bike makes the complainant about very loud noise in front wheel. They complain to manufacturers who respond
saying it’s normal. He couldn’t even video with front wheel engaged . Not all hub motors are noisy. You need hearing protection with this bike.
