1940s dredging of channel between Algonquin and Wards Islands

Everyone wants to claim jurisdiction over the channel between Wards and Algonquin Islands until you ask for it to be dredged! This is one of those instances were someone (who is unidentified in the film) is actually taking responsibility. This is most likely from the late 1940s or early 50s.
