- It's official. Toyota and Mazda have chosen Huntsville for their first U.S. joint venture, bringing 4,000 jobs to the area.

The majority of the employees will come from Decatur, Athens, and Madison because they will be closer to the plant, yet Huntsville will be paying all the costs. Huntsville will be 40 to 60 minutes drive time away from the plant. Nobody is talking about that.
