What I liked about the old Animation Nodes, which doesn't seem possible with Geometry Nodes (or with baking sound to f-curves) nowadays, is the feature to split the sound into separate frequency ranges.
Nope! Sadly Blender doesn't have a way to record audio (at least not natively), but I took the audio from my recording afterwards and used that to drive the animation.
It should be under the “Instances” submenu, or you can search for “instance on points”! If you’re not seeing it at all, you may have to update Blender-I think “point instance” was removed in 3.0 (hope that helps!)
Can this work with Bach too? I want to use czcams.com/video/GMkmQlfOJDk/video.html as part of my Logo splash for my Machinima trailer and short film. Why, as an alternative, didn't you use a Quad Sphere? (Idk if that's a meshmachine, mira, or extra whatever vanilla addon turn on or not, but I have it...) I discriminate against anything that is ONLY triangles... blame my topology courses... Yes it's a joke, but I'm also totally serious... if this works for me, tyvm in advance! (Not gonna use my pfp pic, it's illegal to use the [wartime] flag in shirts etc., unless you want to burn it because my country (Idk where you reside) is sick in the head. Oh, I have to update my pfp to add a fire effect... Genius!)
