It’s an apartment. It’s common for the hot water heater to be in a closet, most times with the AC intake. The only time they put it outside down here is if there’s a closet on the balcony, otherwise it goes in the attic or inside or a closet in the garage. Also, the building is redeveloped so they had to make do with the space.

No railing on the back side of the pool?
At around 07:43 you can see what looks like the hard rock hotel (the two cranes and the building construction) that collapsed back in October I believe and killed two workers whose bodies are still up there because it’s too dangerous to get them down.

Keith Nichols : the way I understand it, the "Air" part refers to how it's "booked" - via app usually on a cellphone like Uber. Hope this helps.
