Wow, Im surprised I never even noticed it. I've owned my tablet for almost four going on fives years now, this was actually very helpful! Thank you so much, I was worried that I would have to spend money to buy a new pen because I couldn't figure out how to get the nib out and I was worried about it wearing down to the point where I could no longer pull it out or use it. Hey in case you still need it.. the tips are usually still available on ebay, from what I have seen. I was looking for a new pen but only found tips. Mine also are no longer produced.

Unless it's a deep scratch, it shouldn't hurt the tablet as far as drawing is concerned.

It's a scratched circle in the middle, but it's shallow enough that it doesn't hurt the performance of the tablet and deep enough that i feel it a bit and hear a bit of a scratchy noise.But it doesn't really bother me, i'll probably replace it when ima be next level shiiii

omg. ive heard the pen nibs are somewhere hidden in the tablet and i tried to look for them but literally thought mine didnt come whit them for some reason . My pen nib is so scratched i cant get it out using that hole, is there anything else i can use to get it out ? T_T

update: I managed to do it so if you're stuck like i was, you have to push down at the bottom of the back bit and then slide upwards to get it to come off, you cant just slide it or it wont work
