Disney should do the phantom manor as the sequel. Followed by the Disneyworld mansion for the final film in the trilogy. Maybe bring back Eddie Murphy in one of the films.
Sadly, the movie is bombing.
Since Big Thunder Mountain is getting a movie that ride is connected to Phantom Manor which is the Paris version of the ride and has a darker story. Interesting fact is that in all Disney lore about the mansion Madame Leota appears in every one.
I really LOVED the film. My only two observations are: it wasn't released in October, and it doesn't feature the iconic Singing Busts 😢
If there was a sequel, maybe the singing busts would appear.
I hope there is more movies. With different cast and locations each film.
- Like one with a swamp
- one in paris (goul of london
- one in sleep hallow
Me too. But the movie sadly bombed so I don’t know if those sequels will happen
I loved both films, but this one actually tackled issues like grief and mortality. My new holiday favorite 😊
Ive seen this movie already. There's a lot of potential for haunted mansion entertainment. This movie and its story is much better than the Eddie Murphy movie. I wouldn't make a crossover with the Eddie Murphy movie unless its a totally different mansion. Leave the 2 mansions separate. Disney has more than one mansion anyway and the stories wouldn't mesh well together. I'd leave them separate and not make a crossover. There's a lot of potential with what Disney has but the way Disney has become financially I doubt that its possible we will see anything come anytime soon. Especially with the train wrecks they have coming in the future. Flops are on the way.
I have two ideas in mind for sequels, a captain gore film called "Haunted Mansion tides of gore"
And a Phantom Manor film called "The Haunted Mansion of Thunder mesa Phantom".
There was a comic book for the Haunted Mansion...as the story goes, the Haunted Mansion is just one of many hauntings that is used as a beacon for lost souls with unfinished business, or just not ready to move on.
In the comic, the mansion portrayed different ghosts from all over the world, but it had portraits where ghosts could use as portals to enter the mansion, or just arrive in the usual haunted hearse carriages.
This story also deals with how a young man can deal with grief after the loss of his own grandfather, and meeting the infamous ghosts from the ride. I highly recommend reading it if you're able to find it.
I like the ending to the 2003 The Haunted Mansion.
“Hey guys keep it down!”
We’ll keep it down (we’ll keep it down)
We’ll keep it down (we’ll keep it down)
Oh yes we will, we’ll keep it down!
Oh we’re driving down the highway, yeah!
And we’re trying to keep it down!
an backstory Anthlogy series about the 999 ghosts for Disney + would be a good idea.
Thanks for your love and support. I do really appreciate you being a great fan of mine.🎉❤️
All 8 people who watched the film will love this video
I would love to see a number 2 of this film.
If Haunted Mansion gets a sequel, it definitely be loosely based on Phantom Manor!
Movie just released today, damn
so if you have not seen it why are you here
Maybe a sequel could be about demons from the underworld taking over the Haunted Mansion. This idea came to my mind since the Paranormal Activity films lol, but less scarier, still remain pg-13.
Yeah, it would make sense whenever looking at the attractions that leave guests theorizing that ghosts are not the only entities haunting the house, but a demonic entity of some kind that won't let the spirits move on.
@@Disneyfan82 and that's where the wdw mansion, crump manor, would be about.
@@A07Nick I know that the Haunted Mansion attraction would not end with just one movie with more to explore. And who can blame the remaining spirits for not moving forward. Then there would be nobody left to protect the mansion from bulldozers and trespassers.
The sequel plot I had in mind, would be about the return of Crump/Hatbox from hell with demons, to help collect the 999 souls into the underworld.@@Disneyfan82
I have been wait for a abominable snowman mount Everest movie for years
Best freakin movie this year. Partner and I Absolutely loved this movie. Snuggle potential. They could have these characters go on vacation and end up in Phantom Manor.
They can't do more Pirates films without Johnny Depp!!
Why are u reviewing this movie it has not come out yet. It comes out sometime in October
Disney will make a sequel ONLY f they need to lose another $200 million., like this one did.
Cgi is incredible story is kinda slow but Jared Leto played a badass villian
I would sell my life to see a sequel of thus movie however I alos like the idea of making a backstory of all the ghosts🙃
U sound like the voice actor of frisk from if undertale was realistic?
Horrible ending. Needed an ending like Ramsey in the original
It's a great ending
@@Disneyfan82 needed a darker ending like Ramsey had
@@cinematicmoviedude Well some of the ghosts stayed behind instead of moving forward, meaning that mansion will never be cleansed.
Second
Fourth
First
Third lol 🫡
Does anyone here prefer Eddie Murphy’s?
Damn. No Eddie Murphy
it called a remake
Glad no Eddie
