  • One of Paul Coll's favourite ROXProX drills here showcased for you!
    Place the ROXProX 3 long steps from the T in line with the 4 corners of the court. When a light appears the player must move to the light and swing their racket over the ROXProX and return to the T waiting for the next light to appear. We use the ROXProX laser so that the light stops and then the delay of 1.2 seconds allows you to get back to the T. Adjust theses functions according to the speed and fitness of the player.

    I really need to improve my control on the t. Right now I just try to lob my opponent to get to my backhand kill or backhand cross court drop. I think this will help a lot with volleying.
