Thanks! I think the best way to regard caffeine is as a tool - it can help, or it can hurt; we just need to respect it and pay close attention to how it affects us individually.

I don't drink caffeine, since I was little, I don't know why but I've never liked it, I only drink hot chocolate all the time, not much ago, more or less like about 5 months ago, I didn't have chocolate and I went to the gastion to buy and since they didn't have any I bought a coffee make it home and when I was at home I prepared a glass of coffee but with very little coffee, and I drank it and started watching television and suddenly my whole body started to shake and I got scared because I never I had felt that way and what I felt was so strong that I ended up having a panic attack and all my body shaking at the same time.

Man, I'm struggling with my caffeine addiction. Been stuck on these BANG Energy drinks for like a year or so, many yrs of redbull/coffee yrs prior. So, I'm use to having 600-900mg's of caffeine every day, but last few months been having palpitations all day long, every day now and all in all, I feel like it's the energy drinks and that it's a VERY high amount to consume daily for long periods of time. Just really not able to go without. HUGE migraines by noon if I don't drink any, and even if just the one, I'm having a hard time keeping my eyes open after about 10am, usually wake up at 4am. So, would this routine works the same for my energy drinks?

Damn, I hear you. Everyone is different, but I definitely say wean off slowly. It sounds like you're pretty dependent on caffeine right now... If I were in your position I might just try to decrease intake by like... 100-200mg per week? If the withdrawals feel too much, just take it even slower. This is really something you just need to do slowly and listen to the feedback your body is giving you.
Also, try switching to cleaner sources of caffeine. Energy drinks are pretty much the worst haha... my go-to is matcha, but even coffee would probably be a step up for you from energy drinks.😂
