What about if you use Vortex for your mods? Or is that a no go? (When you get to the part of creating any empty mod and then setting up the path for Nemesis to Nemesis output)
Did everything you've said in the video and even the compatibility, but Nemesis won't launch... after I did the update check and hit launch, but it doesn't launch? 🤔
if you get the error "failed to read mod cache" just check any one of the lists and run it, it will give you an error that it didnt find the one you checked but will then create a cache, then run it again unchecked it will detect all animations you didnt install from the checklist and its all good

Nice mate and thanks. My Nemesis is closing at 2-3% when I update no matter what I do. Tried reinstalling, etc. everything and I get nuttin'..any ideas?
My Nemesis just closes when I launch the engine. It updates Engine fine but when I hit launch it closes *Edit NVM. I looked at the patch log and the problem was temp behaviours. Just delete the folder and you good

Nemesis won’t detect evg for me no matter what. Tried on mo2 and vortex and it won’t detect it. I also tried manually installing evgat into the data directory for nemesis and it detected it and let me check the box but then said error 2006 file: scripts. So I took it out and it still won’t detect. I’m getting tired of trying to get nemesis to work for months now it’s off and on. First learned vortex and then mo2 and then finally got nemesis to even work and update and now it doesn’t detect any mod I have. Combine that with ctds from some mods that authors don’t update. I’m on Ae 1.6.640 and skse 2.2.1. My racemenu randomly conflicted with my skse when before it was perfectly fine
Thank you for the tutorial also FYI don't be like me and try to turn on the run as administrator setting under the compatibility tab. It will cause a issue with nemesis not wanting to open.
hey i hope you reply to this i did the whole installation correctly but it says "checking engine version changes in files detected" it keeps saying this everytime i try to launch nemesis engine btw i have moved from vortex to MO2 so that might be to blame lol but please help
@@breadman-jn7cj Yea. The solution is that you need C++ 2019 86 (32bit) version installed. you probly only have C++ 64bit installed. The program won't open unless you have the 32bit version of c++ 2019 installed. You can have both versions of c++ installed without any problems.
