It's really difficult to make vocaloids sing English... I understand why people are not accustomed to how this sounds or even say that its 'bad' but this is the best effort I've heard on CZcams and to me it's actually quite good! :D go Luka! duet with Gakupo and I will melt. *q*

I've gone through about 10 different versions in the past 5 minutes looking for one that's actually on rhythm. This one finally got it right. Good job!
This gave me shivers. I love this, soooo much. Luka's tone is so soft, so it goes beautifully with the song. It reminds me allot of a lullaby, and, omg you just did a fantastic job with the tuning :3

It was actually quite good=3 The electronic sound is still so harsh, but with the technology and her accent being like a japanese person speaking english, again, it is really really very pretty=)

This video is just another reason why Luka's the best vocaloid. Japanese or English, she correctly pronounces the words, in both languages, and her voice is much lest flat and robotic in English. She's got a beautiful design, and a beautiful voice.

Her voice is so soft, it calms me. Her face is so pretty, it amazes me, and her English is so awesome, it makes me think that she's beaten all of the American singers.

@arci9 Alot of thier warnings use tone detectors that are far from accurate. If it picks up on a song that may be removed per owners request, reguardless of if it's a legal cover or modified version. I've had a video removed of a song performed in a video game using a heavily modified midi that didn't even have a voice track just because it was good enough to set off the sensors. Hell, even the artists themselves had their own songs removed because of it, Ozzy's most recent song comes to mind
it would be a good idea if owl city put that picture on an album ^.^
@SkyFallXIII I'm a fan of both Owl City and Luka and I agree that would be awesome. Adam Young does kind of remind me of a Vocaloid (in a good way)
There are Vocaloids made to sing in English, but they're considered much harder to use.

Luka isn't japanese herself, but she speaks it fluently. Atleast, that is what her profile says on Wiki.
I think everyone uses VOCALOIDs to do this song because the original had an effect on his voice that made him sound a bit like a VOCALOID. XD
