This guy is literally a my player come to life.
Could you imagine if he did win a mvp or championship they would have to make a story on 2k about him
2k has been trash since 15 was released.
@@joebenson528 all 2k are bad
@@dja1647 2k These 🥜 t’s.
Yeah that’s fax tho
We literally watched this kid grow up. Inspirational af
I like the fact that he calls it a blessing rather the getting caught up in bragging on himself .He is one that knows that his gift is from God and his teammates matter.
God ain’t real
@@leoschmude8263 neither are them shoes on your feet
@Leo Schmude Your positive about that huh? Keep your opinions to yourself. Atheists always got something to say wit sh*t that don’t concern them. Mind your business git… smh
@@leoschmude8263 I mean you’re not wrong tho he’s not y’all just too dumb to realize it

Julian Newman still at the gym getting those shots in HS.
lol
Don't hate the grind
jamie still lying about julian playing in NBL and having d1 offers
He’s been in high school for atleast 8 years now
Hahahahaha bruh 😂💀 you have a special seat in Heaven for that !!
Adams definitely paying attention to the numbers. MB1 transcends sport
Adam silver

@Cookies_with_milf best court reporter in the entire NBA but don't tell anyone because I don't want her to go national
@Cookies_with_milf looks like she has height...
He is super underrated even still. People seem to forget that he was on the greatest H.S. basketball team ever assembled, they literally went undefeated ever game they ever played in H.S. and not only that, they won by like 30+ points. He skips college for a pro team to get better experience like Luka then goes to NBA Rookie of the year. And now Allstar. He is like Luka in alot of ways, people for whatever reason are missing their potential to be the face of the league one day.
They can see it but it’s personal hate why they pretend
Not to mention he was basically an 8th grader starting pg for that team
Underrated? Tf you talking about. Guy is 19 7 7 with 42%fg lol. Not even playing the 4th quarter cause he is not a clutch player and a bad defender. Siakam deserve it more
@@lukamagicgod STAY OF THE WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED!
@@lukamagicgod you clearly not a luka doncic fan if you can't understand lamelo greatness.
He holds himself higher, he’s not going to get happy over being a replacement from an injury. He wants to work harder so there’s no doubt he should be an Allstar
Yeah he's definitely a good backup All-star
I’m more exited for him than he his for himself
Same
Lamelo: "Don't really care too much about being an All-Star"
Reporter: "...so how do you feel about being picked an all-star"
Reporters do their job, they have a list of questions they ask thats why alot of then don't make sense, because they ask every question. Even if it was already answered
If you weren't really picked , how would you feel..🤔! I'd be happy but still thinking in the back of my mind that I really wasn't picked!!!! I'm a replacement!!🤫🤫
czcams.com/video/RDzG8yB2aCI/video.html briny playing lebron 10n1
@@purpleassasin good reporters don’t repeat the same questions
That's why LaMelo kept saying "like I said" if you watch more of his interviews you will see reporters asking him the same questions over and over and he says "like I said" multiple times in his interviews same thing with zo
I was so mad when I saw he wasn’t on there and now immmmm Hyped Lesssss Goooooo
I wasn't even going to watch now I'm scheduling my life around it
He definitely knows how to finesse them questions 😏
I think he told his truth, with respect to what others would say. He's showing his maturity. He will be all of the things that he claimed.
Her job is to ask questions and throw in as many of his accolades as possible for the organization and his job is to downplay it and say he cares more about team and winning championships than individual achievements.
They both did their jobs exceptionally well.
Two pro's pros!!!
He sounded like a MyPlayer
@@danielhaney9992 well said
Michael Jordan hit the lotto when he drafted this young man. He's media training to his on court skills, Lavar did the the damn thing when raising his boys 💪💪💪💪
Respect!
No he didn’t ..
What is Charlotte fans going to say when He leaves in a year and a half… You guys do know he’s not staying in Charlotte
@@rapslove9873 they went from four losing years in a row to being over 500 have ridiculous amount of buzz, energy and ticket sales, merchandise sales, rating and everything else is UP and just keeps going up. From a business standpoint, and that's what Michael Jordan is the owner and businessman, it wasn't like winning the lottery it was like winning the lottery three times in a row. So I guess you're right.
@@rapslove9873 you don't know if Melo will even play next year nor do you know if he'll play his entire career in Charlotte. He's a hundred games into a 4-year contract and a lot can happen in those years, coaches can change teammates can change heck we don't even know if Michael will own the team at the end of his contract. To say something's going to happen definitively years in advance in the NBA based on what's happening this month is shortsighted.
He’s giving the amazing 2K22 answers to raise his teammate grade 😂😂😂😂
Haha, yup!
He said more team stuff....that says it all he's the man for that
Reporter had ma boi nervous 😂
Couldn’t be happier for this man, dude is still all about the team success
Man He's Very damn Genuine.
I love how he says it's a blessing , it's a blessing to be an all star in your second year HAND PICKED BY ADAM , win roty, be healthy , be alive , and getting drafted.

The game needed his excitement and the views he will bring.
That reporter is Lamelo's biggest fan!!! She is really in to him. Would be a interesting match.
No girl can be trusted around him LMAOOO
You’re sick man
Product of a good father ..salute
🤡
Very humble guy!! I love Melo, has a good head on his shoulders. He’s grown a lot from the kid he was at 15-16 years old on the Facebook show!
I called them they said good job 😂. I 100% believe that cause his dad and him already thinking bigger lmaoo.
I love how polite he is in this interview. Props
Much deserved. The All Star games is all about showmanship. LaMelo is all about that.
He does not deserve it lol
@@jimmypope7123 totally agree with you
@@jimmypope7123 he is definitely on the bubble by statistics, only casuals don't understand this.
There are a number of other players right there on the bubble with him but his passing makes him an ideal choice. Light years ahead of his peers in terms of timing and accuracy of entertaining passes. He's had to slow it down his whole life (other than freshman year in HS) cuz most people can't keep up... doesn't deserve it??? kid was literally *born for this* game as a facilitator.
The fans deserve it! Legendary All-Stars deserve 1 of 1 dimes. He deserves to show his court vision to the world!
Josh giddey have more greater court vision and passing ability than lamelo tbh
He ain’t even 21 yet 🤯😤 that’s tough . Congrats and wish you a long and healthy career 💯
Lol damn she asked the same question 8 different ways😂😂
Aye.. she fine tho
kinda impressive tho
Don't confuse similar answers for the same questions.
Every question was completely novel.
I'm saying you're not very intelligent 😂😂
@@pablorios1041 I loved every unique question so that was impressive and the way she eliminates adapts questions on the fly. In addition to asking questions the organization also wants her to note his accomplishments, rookie of the Year, fourth youngest All-Star etc. Melo's job is to say I'm more concerned with the team and winning then individual accomplishments. They have a ton of respect for each other as you can see from this interview when he thought he interrupted her. Great team, great organization, top five on court reporter and one of one is a legend in the making!
It cracks me up that he literally doesn’t care about all that, you can see him getting back to seriousness when the reporter mentions the upcoming game which is a must win ! Being an all star is not one of his goals he wants a chip
and now I believe Ball brothers are destined to be in All-Star
Major salute homie 👏🏾 keep grinding and striving for greatness. He's built different from most Championships, MVPS, AND H.O.F. that's is goals so of course All-star and All MBA komes along with that consistent work ethic and evaluating his game each year. I'm so happy for him 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Man I'm so excited for him and his brothers. Makes me happy makes me smile
bro seeing this man flourish is super crazy to me my man got the goatee going now & all 😭 i give bro made respect tho 💯
Damn that's what's up been watching him ball out since chino good kid man humble to teams and makes others good hornets r fun to watch gonna be good. Good shit LB.
He’s definitely matured a lot, talented young guy glad he put in the work to be a good player.
+50 Team chemistry
Melo slamming the reports cheeks lol my man!
Nah wrd she giggling and Ashley is crazy
The whole interview he tryna get team chemistry on 2k 🤣
Man he matured! Congratulations bro
Fans would love to see Lamelo and Ashley together. That would be a charlotte power couple right there since they both ball and everyone loves these two
Lamelo a real one, on and off the court.
Man is humble ! we like that
He came into the league rollin'. He deserves it.
He a class act! I really like that he don’t give hisself too much credit yet, he know he got work to do and trying to get better everyday says a lot about his drive and ambition. Also she kept asking bout individual goals he blew that off, you achieve invidual accolades on the way indirectly not trying to do them why I like the old era ballers: M.J.23, Magic, Bird, Isiah, they achieved stuff not bc they trying to be scoring champs or assist champs but bc it was all apart of the game, now you hear guys in league come in chasing individual accolades like Lebron, other guys, and the media actually don’t help bc that’s all they want to see, and that’s why you seeing mediocre teams, mediocre talent bc they not playing ball as overall concept it’s let me reach this n do this and not focus on the bigger picture. Lamello I voted for him to go and of course Ja Morant too! Big ups to those two shining 🏆🏆🏆🥇🏀🏀
Remember watching this man stream NBA 2k17 park to this wow!
Imagine if I told you when this dude was pulled out of high school and playing in some random place in eastern europe that he'd be ROY and an all-star before 21....pretty amazing. Now why cant we get Gelo in the league??
We’ll deserved, Bridges should be one next year ,ball and bridges duo is fun too watch
That look at the end lol he’s like man I gotta stop piping these interviewers cuz the end be weird knowing they’ll be back in my room in the next 15 min lol
WTF
😂😂🤣
I just appreciate how polite he is.
Love him or hate him, you gotta give props to pops! Lavar willed his boys to be in the NBA. Rookie of the year and an all-star in his 2nd year??? Plus, not only is he actually polite, but always professional in all types of interviews (Lavar really whipped these kids into shape). This guy is not even 21 yet! LaMelo is definitely fun to watch.
Watched this dude in high school while I was in high school this crazy, congrats to this man
Same here. Class of 2k19🎉
Nice.... I picked lamelo so here it is.. Congrats
Congratulations young man!
bro picking the teammate chemistry responses lol
You can clearly tell: at least in my eyes' he don't really care.in a way I have a feeling he wanted to be choosen as starter or back court. Not because someone cant play and he the 'replacement' if you get what I mean. Anyone whos is competitive understands this feeling.
Chosen vs settled for.
Yea his father probably set him straight and said don’t be satisfied with this nonsense
Agree
That makes a lot of sense
Respect to melo bro 💯 we watched him grow and change
LaMelo livin a great life after every game he gets to look at Ashley
Kid just wants to win. Great attitude.
Dude talks like he’s in 2k.

I like this kid, he's all basketball 🏀
this is AWESOME!
Big respect to my guy LaVar was always the hardest on him and yet he and his brother Lonzo boutta share the court together
She asked him the same question 5 different ways. Lol
The exact opposite of what you said happened. He answered five novel questions the same way.
I could see how you would get confused (assuming you're under the age of 10) just work on your comprehension skills.
