Jimin was doing the high harmonies….for both songs actually 🤔
His vocals stood out even from the beginning.
Old school BTS will always have a special place in my heart though, there was just something raw and intense about them.
There are harmonies when you were talking about the background vocals but jimin is the one hitting the highest ones, which you can see on live performances. Just One Day is literally MINE! yes, I claim it. 💜

RM, Suga, and J-Hope always write their own rap verses. No one else writes the verses for them and they don’t write for each other.

Right, but they do take input from the others, RM might show his lyrics or song to one of the others and take input. It does show how genuinly they respect eachothrs opinions and value the others artistic views. They have talked about how if they get stuck they go to eachother for help. Working together shows how mature they are as artists too. If one gets too greedy over the progress you leave no room for growth. They bounce iff eachother and help eachother grow as artists

SUGA and RM have "always" had a style because they were in the underground rapping in their early teens, before they were signed to BigHit and put in BTS. Heck, they've been producing since then too, especially SUGA. That's why you feel that way. JHope didn't learn to rap until after he joined BTS and lived in the dorm with RM and SUGA (NOT that this means he's any less of a rapper).

The crazy vocals and the harmonies you are talking about are actually JIMIN's Vocals !! Infact if you will notice in most of their old songs Jimin was the one who frequently did those harmonies and even high notes.....btw I love your reactions to BTS and I am actually waiting to see your reaction to their award show performances.....especially MMA 2018 and MMA 2019 💜

Just One Day is literally one of the most beautiful songs of all time
Suga was the Basket Ball player his position was Shooting Guard which is makes up his stage name.
Now you have to check out there Just one day dance practice and other practices! They've got Halloween version as well, so fun haha!
"Just One Day" is still my favorite BTS song. It's just very well-crafted and never feels "old"
FYI it wasn't a single, but a B-side! "Boy in Luv" was the official title track single from this album..
As for JK being in front? Well, that's his assigned position in the group. Think of it like a sports team. K-pop groups have easy-to-identify "positions" like Main Dancer, Leader, Main Vocalist, Main Rapper.
But there are others like "Main Visual" (Jin's position) and "Center" (JK's job). These two roles are similar but not the same. As Main Visual, Jin has the primary narrative role in BTU MV's and storyline content. Center is the member literally at the center of formations for choreography, public appearances, magazine and album spread poses. As Center, it's going to be JK front and center in most live performances. Having regular spots makes it easy for a group to "get into formation" quickly for the press photo ops. Choreographers have an easier time coming up with routines when they generally know who to place where. All the groups have these assigned "jobs" in K-pop.
There is a lot to learn, grasshopper! Don't assume something dark or sinister when you notice a pattern. Just ask us about it!
I believe that Jungkook does all the backup vocals. When a member isn’t able to perform because of certain reasons, he is the one that does their part as well.
The last part of your sentence is correct but not the first part. JK does most of the ad-libs and back up vocals but all the members take parts in them as as well even the rappers. The back up vocals he was wondering about here were Jimin's.

Suga was a Shooting Guard during his younger days, hence his Name: "shoo-ga" (phonetically).
IMO - this era was the persona that the Agency gave them. RAPLINE have not changed because this group was made for them. THEN... they changed to a softer view, which fits the vocal line more. That is when the awards started to come in. JIMIN hates having to act tough. It's funny.
Suga's love for basketball earned him the title of NBA Ambassador for 2023.

Some of the authors of the song "Just One Day" are: RM, Suga and J-Hope. And Jungkook took part in staging the choreography (in its original version) for this song.
One of the authors of the song "Boy in Luv" is: Suga and RM.
These songs are from their 3rd album "Skool Luv Affair". Also, they were included in their 4th album "Skool Luv Affair (Special Addition)". There are Japanese versions of these songs that were included in BTS's 6th album.
And the song "Boy in Luv" was also included in their last album, "Proof", which they released in 2022 before taking a break from their group activities due to military service. Also, BTS performed this song at MMA in 2019 (BTS MMA 2019 Live Performance - if you want to watch). As for me, this is the most legendary and best performance of BTS in MMA!
The guys perform them very well. One is so cool in energy! And Jungkook's rap is a separate form of art!💜 The other one is very lyrical with amazing vocals!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

if you ever want to cheer yourself up you can watch dance practice for "Just one day". i LOVE this video because usually they try to shoot dance practices in as few takes as possible, however in "just one day" there's like a million takes stitched together, all because Taehyung could not stop laughing
I was going to suggest that too. It's the perfect pick me up if you're feeling a little down, because you WILL be smiling - if not outright laughing - through it.
Poor Tae, he tried so hard to keep it together; but it was a loosing battle. But I still want to know... What started Tae off?

Interesting fact, it was JK's mum who asked his dad out first. She's older than him. I love, 'Boy in Love'. It's their growling period. Watch them do it at MAMA 2019 and you can see how V's growl has deepened over the years. Take note of J-Hope's bit with the alphabet. You'll need that nugget when you watch 'House of Army'. Jin was full of apologies for pushing the girl so hard.
You have to watch the dance practice for Just One Day. It's very funny. V can't contain himself and Jin is using his Mario doll instead of a rose. What is remarkable is that both Jimin and RM got through the whole thing in one piece when there were chairs involved. jimin falls off chairs and RM destroys objects so they were taking a chance.
I NEED to see you react to the recent "ONE DAY" performance they did from BANG BANG CON LIVE 2020 to see the difference!

Harmonises are done mainly by JK, but other members do it sometimes and the high ones were Jimin at the end of Just one day. The one big note in Boy in Luv was both Jimin and JK but only shows Jimin in the MV.

How are I know it was planned that Bts debut as Hiphop group but they changed it at a time. so that's why his early songs are more rocky and hiphop genre I guess.

Вы ошиблись , это голос был не Чонгука, а Чимина. Голос у Чимина ангельский и называется контротенор или мужской альт. В песнях BTS на бэк вокалах звучит часто именно голос Чимина. Вам надо послушать вокал ребят, чтоб вы их могли различать.
Чимин занимался 8 лет боевыми искусствами, хапкидо, тхэквондо у него чёрный пояс и есть золотая медаль завоеванная в Японии, а также боевым искусствам кендо-японское фехтование, у него 3 или 4 дан, почти как у сенсея и также есть золотая медаль. Его единственного выбрали и студентов дав поощрительную стипендию и отправили в Китай по изучению смешанных боевых единоборств. Поэтому на концертах или в клипах акробатические элементы выполняет Чимин
В школе у Чимина успехи были впечатляющими по всем предметам, его прозвали богом математики, поэтому он иногда заменял учителя по математике.Чимин хорошо владеет японским языком, его японцы хвалили за знание их языка. Талантов у Чимина много все не перечислишь и к тому же он хороший друг, Шуга сказал, Чимин всегда приходит на помощь людям забыв о себе, такие же слова сказал и Намджун, Чимин всегда ставят группу превыше себя. Чонгук сказал Чимин мой катализатор и я беру пример с Чимина. Тэхён много раз говорил Чимин - это мой друг. Я вижу у Чимина ауру и она светится. Все ребята и кто знают Чимина, называют его ангелом в теле человека. Хосок сказал, «Чимин - их свет посреди тьмы. Чимин -ангел BTS».
